My daughter received a pair of shorts for Christmas, she tried them on and took tag off, they did not fit her correctly and pinched her in the waist. We went to store to exchange them, we had the tag and the gift receipt. They would not allow us to exchange them. The worst part was a woman in the line next to us had an item with tag off and she was allowed to exchange hers. The man at the store made us feel like liars and like we were trying to pull one over on the store. She did not wear the shorts, had them on for a minute. I know on the receipt it says tags attached, but at bottom it says if we're not satisfied they will take items back. We were not satisfied and left the store feeling very upset. We spend lots of money in that store and this whole experience makes me not wanting to shop there again. We had receipt, tag, she just made the mistake of taking tag off.
