Lubrico Warranty - Helpful
I called Lubrico to help a customer that had lubrico warranty, but had not went thru the correct channels to have work down and paid out of pocket and I submitted to Lubrico and explained the situation. I dealt with Kevin@Lubrico and he was very helpful to my customer in getting some of his monies back.
He could of said no but went above and beyond. Thanks Kevin

Got a used vehicle less then two years ago..
Got Lubrico Warranty on it...Well they do have a policy that you have to change your oil every 6 months. And I didn't, (Cause the Journey more less sat most of the time, cause I used a company vehicle) so I called them and they told me send in all my papers, etc thru fax, which I did...and they called me, left a message saying that I was reinstated on Sept 14 at 3:36 pm. So I thought good my journey is still under warranty.
Then last week my Journey started to act funny, so took it into one of the Lubrico Warranty places, and they said all levels are good, but the transmission is going.
But now Lubrico Warranty pulled my warranty on it, and said nope, cause I was over due on that one oil change...But what I'm trying to figure out is, all levels are good, and they did reinstate my warranty, but now they pulled it again, as soon as they realized it was my transmission..
