Drive Fast USA

Recently I bought a performance tire set from Drive Fast USA, and I’ve been impressed by the quality. I think it was able staff that guided me in selecting the appropriate tires for my car. The professionalism showed during the installation process was outstanding as well. My car performance has changed in a positive way including the handling stability. Prices were reasonable and the service was exceptional. I’m happy I decided to do the tires business with Drive Fast USA.

I went to Drive Fast USA in October, and I put down a deposit, then drove away with a car. Within a month, I noticed something wrong with the back end of the vehicle. I informed Drive Fast USA and spoke with Jacqueline about more issues with this vehicle. She told me to take it to a service center. I did so, and after they had the vehicle for a week, I got it back. I drove it for about three days and then emailed Jacqueline to explain that not all items were fixed and that it drove much worse than before. She directed me to a different service center for a broken power steering pump, which happened on Christmas Day, causing me to cancel plans with my family because I had no vehicle.

I emailed Jacqueline on several occasions, which I have records of, informing her that this vehicle is not worth the amount they are charging me. Since then, the financial company and Drive Fast have shut my car off in very inconvenient places for being a day late on a payment. This vehicle is unsafe to drive; the interior is bad. The holes under the car leading to the passenger side floor get wet every time it rains, and the mildew/mold smell is terrible! I've also told them that this car leaks oil, and it is getting worse. When you hit a groove in the road, the vehicle goes out of control, which is a safety issue.

They have lied to me and overcharged me. They have not fixed anything on this vehicle, which should have been thoroughly checked by their mechanics. For a vehicle with a value much less than what they are charging me, this is outrageous, and the vehicle isn't worth the small deposit I put down. I feel unsafe in this car and will not drive it this winter. Their warranty covers wear and tear, but from day one, this vehicle should have been written off. The major issues with this car have been ignored by them!
