My husband and I stopped at Love's, exit 332, Aurora, to use the Bathrooms. Just before coming out of the store I tripped/slipped on the wet rug by the doors. The was no caution wet signs. I fell with my chest and arms into the boxes of blue gallon jugs and boxes, knees hitting floor. I yelled out, as I couldn't get up, out of breath and panting. No One came til my husband finally got there as I'm struggling to get up. We went back into the side of the cashiers desk. 2 employees were chatting along. I asked if I could get some help. The blond headed employee comment "yes!" I told her I fell and she said..." do you need an accident form" and smiled. She did not inquire how, when or ask if I was injured. The other employee came running out from the isles saying...I'm coming, I'm coming! At that point she went over to the rug, right by us, straightened the rug out and left. Didn't even ask if I was injured and okay. We went out to our car, upset, and hurting. I called the manager- Stephanie. Again trying to get it resolved. Instead she just argued and continued yelling at me. She stated "when you get done huffing and puffing, then maybe you could come back in to fill out an accident report!" That was the worst insult because I was huffing and puffing because i couldn't get my breath! No Consideration! I could not deal with this at the time or we would not make it to Lincoln for the motel to prep for surgery in the morning. I just think the employees should have been on top, considerate and helpful...not one of them was! Love's is our Go To stations and this was not one of them. It was a horrible experience and I sure didn't need this accident before my procedure surgery!

Claimed loss: Mental Stress and Physical discomfort at this time. I, no doubt, will have to go to a doctor or chiropractor to be adjusted due to the pain in my front chest, shoulders, upper back and right hip.

Desired outcome: Reprimand your employees who were there and make a point that this won't happen to someone else. I would like to hear back from the head of Customer Service due to this incident!!
