Live Auctioneers review: Tired of the e-mails and bots online with no resolution of my problem.

I won an item at an online auction on October 25, 2025. At the time, I was told there was a 23% buyer's premium along with an estimated tax. I paid that in full. When I received the shipping notice, they indicated that I owed the shipping, a buyer's premium and the remainder of the tax. I contacted to auction company and they confirmed that I had already paid the buyer's premium and they were not charging me again. I have explained all of this in back and forth e-mails and they still insist that I owe a buyer's premium. I even asked if they would please contact the auction company to verify that I paid it. Nothing. Oh well, I guess I just won't get the items because they won't ship until I pay the premium. Has anyone else had this problem?
