Live Nation review: Live nation security at Jason Aldean concert Tampa

My friend, myself and her 10 year old daughter were repeatedly harassed at the Jason Aldean concert last night,10/28/23, in Tampa FL. The live nation security guard physically harassed my friend, traumatizing her young child.

We were walking through a publicly accessible walkway from the bathroom (along with 50+ other people) and stopped briefly to take a video up closer to show my son his favorite song.

The security guard was a short blonde female maybe late 30’s early 40’s. She physically came at me first and I calmly explained we were continuing on - she then got angry at me and when my friend asked what the problem was she physically grabbed her and threatened us.

There were multiple sheriff deputy officers around who didn’t see us as causing a disturbance. The security guard then found another officer who hadn’t seen her behavior and told them we got physical with her. Opposite of what happened.

She then had them escort us out - following behind us with a smirk on her face. We only got to see three songs of the entire concert we paid to see. After being threatened by security then I asked the officer walking us out what we had done to be removed and she said “I don’t know…” but continued to follow orders from security who had very clearly been dishonest.

I’d like a full refund for this complete disregard for following the rules of conduct. Security is present to keep people safe. Not harass and threaten paying patrons. Attaching an image of the guard who should be immediately removed from her duties.
