Disappointing customer service at Brown Paper Tickets: Refund never received after cancelled event
As a consumer, I have had an extremely frustrating experience with Brown Paper Tickets. I purchased tickets for an event that unfortunately got cancelled, and despite my best attempts to obtain a refund, I am still waiting for it four long months later. I have tried every avenue to reclaim my funds, from emails to phone calls, yet my efforts have been met with nothing but silence and lack of response. Honestly, it's incredibly disappointing to see a company, who is supposed to prioritize its customers, demonstrate such dishonesty and lack of empathy. This experience has left me with a sour taste in my mouth, and I can definitively say that I will never purchase tickets from Brown Paper Tickets again. It's important for a business to value their clientele, and sadly, this company has shown me they don't.
