Litfad review: Have a real person contact me! Not a computer!

I placed an order months ago, credit card was charged, and item was never delivered. Tracking label says item was damaged in transit and not able to be delivered yet a new one was never sent and here we are months later. When contacting the "contact us" you speak to a computer and no real person and there is no help. This is the worst I have ever seen and must be fixed. I have sent multiple emails with no response.
