Lamps USA customer service

This company is one of the most disorganized companies I have ever come across. It takes forever to actually get a hold of someone in the office. When you message them through their facebook page, they simply don't respond. And for that matter, their facebook page and other social media outlets look like a third grader is running it. But then the products themselves are a joke. Who is going to spend that much money on an item that shows up on your doorstep in a box that looks like it's been kicked around and then taped up and sent to you? I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for your decorating needs. These people are simply not worth your time.

Lamps USA chandelier

Don't bother ordering from here, you'll only be disappointed.
These guys gave me the run-around for almost four weeks before we finally understood each other.
Well, my issue was an ordinary one.
I ordered a 25"w Salento 6-Light Shabby Chic Chandelier Persian White, SKU: 6316670. And it arrived damaged. I have no idea how it happened, who did it and so on. The fact is the only one: it's damaged. Just one part. It can be noticed if you look at it. I paid 300 dollars for the whole chandelier and I want it to be replaced.
Writing it here because their customer support doesn't answer. I know they will not refuse, but anyway I have to talk to them first. I wish I could

FYI, I worked at LampsUSA, and I was instructed to not answer the phones, unless it’s one particular person on the caller I.D... just kind of suspicious because the phones rang all the time. Just made it seem like they were skirting calls...
