This mirror from 1STOPlighting is the bomb! It's super well made and fits perfectly in the space we had in mind. The only thing that's a bit of a bummer is that the hooks to hang the mirror weren't mentioned in the product description. We ended up using a hanging wire, but no matter how tight we pulled it, we could still see it over the top of the mirror. We had to hang it on a screw in our brick fireplace, so we didn't have any other options. If we had known about this beforehand, we might not have bought it. But overall, it's a really great mirror and we're happy with our purchase.

I had a pretty good time shopping on 1STOPlighting's website. They had some really nice pictures of the products, which helped me make my decision to buy a lamp. However, I did run into a bit of trouble when I tried to use my "welcome" coupon. It was supposed to apply automatically, but it didn't work. I had to call the 1-800 number to get some help. The person on the phone told me that the coupon wasn't working right. I hope that wasn't on purpose, because that would be pretty sneaky. I did notice that there was an MSRP price listed along with the price that 1STOPlighting was charging, but that didn't take my coupon into account. I hope other people notice that too.

However, I did have an issue with the pricing of a light that I wanted to purchase. The light was on sale for $235.88 and I received a pop-up screen offering an additional 25% off. When I asked Stacey about this, she claimed that the $235.88 was the cheapest her system could go.

I felt misled by 1STOPlighting and this left a sour taste in my mouth when it comes to purchasing more items from them. I recently bought a new house and was excited to purchase more lighting fixtures, but this experience has made me hesitant. I understand that Stacey can only do what the system allows her to do, but I still feel like 1STOPlighting took $58.97 from me.

I was looking for a 2.5" lens package and stumbled upon 1STOPlighting. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there were a couple of things that could have made it better.

Firstly, I wish there was an option to order specific colored lenses instead of having to buy a multi-color pack. I only needed 5 red and 5 green lenses, but I had to order the entire package x 5 to get what I needed. It would have been more convenient if I could just order the colors I needed.
