1STOPlighting Disappointing Experience with 1STOPlighting: Website Glitches and Poor Customer Service

So, I was trying to order some lighting fixtures for my client from 1STOPlighting, but the website was giving me a hard time. Every time I tried to change the shipping address, it just kept taking me back to the same page. I was getting so frustrated! I decided to call their helpline for some assistance, but boy was that a mistake. I was on hold for what felt like an eternity - 45 minutes to be exact. By the time someone finally picked up, I was already feeling pretty annoyed.

In the end, I just gave up and had everything shipped to me instead. It's not ideal, since now I'll have to take the items to my client myself, but at least I finally got my order through. One thing that really bothered me though was that I couldn't confirm if the items were actually available or not. I mean, what if I had gone through all that trouble only to find out that the items were out of stock? That would have been a real bummer.

Overall, I'm not too impressed with my experience with 1STOPlighting. The website needs some serious work, and their customer service could definitely use some improvement. I'm not sure if I'll be ordering from them again anytime soon.

1STOPlighting Mixed Experience with 1STOPlighting: Great Lights, Slow Shipment, Poor Communication

Got a sweet deal on some exterior lighting from 1STOPlighting. The price was just right, but the shipment took a bit longer than expected. Tried to reach out to them by email, but never heard back from them. Despite the lack of communication, the lights did eventually arrive. However, we were bummed to find out that the pier mounts for the lights were out of stock and wouldn't be available for another 3 months. I tried to see if they had any substitutes for the mounts, but still no response. Overall, the lights are great, but the lack of communication and delayed shipment was a bit of a bummer.

1STOPlighting Review of 1STOPlighting: Good Experience, But Room for Improvement

I was looking for a 2.5" lens package and stumbled upon 1STOPlighting. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there were a couple of things that could have made it better.

Firstly, I wish there was an option to order specific colored lenses instead of having to buy a multi-color pack. I only needed 5 red and 5 green lenses, but I had to order the entire package x 5 to get what I needed. It would have been more convenient if I could just order the colors I needed.

Secondly, I was disappointed that the estimated delivery time was not available or furnished at the time of order submission. I have no idea when to expect the shipment, only that it ships in "x" amount of time. It would have been helpful to have an estimated delivery date so I could plan accordingly.

Despite these issues, I was satisfied with my purchase from 1STOPlighting. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was straightforward. The product arrived in good condition and was exactly what I needed. I would recommend 1STOPlighting to others, but I hope they can improve their ordering process in the future.

1STOPlighting Great Customer Service and Quality Products from 1STOPlighting

So, I decided to send an email instead. Got a response within a day and they sent me a replacement shade right away. The replacement arrived in perfect condition. Overall, I'm happy with the customer service and the quality of the products. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of lighting fixtures and accessories. The prices were reasonable too. The only downside was the wait time on the phone, but I understand that they may be busy. I would definitely recommend 1STOPlighting to anyone looking for quality lighting products.

1STOPlighting Poor Customer Service Experience with 1STOPlighting - Not Recommended

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with 1STOPlighting. Their customer service is just plain bad. I mean, I was on hold for what felt like forever just to ask a simple question. And when I finally did get through to a human, they put me on hold again before I could even ask my question. It was a total waste of time, and I ended up giving up after almost half an hour.

I thought maybe I'd have better luck with their chat option, but boy was I wrong. It was even worse than the phone call. I don't know what's going on over there, but they seriously need to hire some people who know how to be helpful.

Despite all that, I still went ahead and ordered the product I needed. I just hope I get what I actually ordered. And don't even get me started on their jokes. They're just plain stupid.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend 1STOPlighting based on my experience. Their customer service needs some serious work.
