These guys are a bunch of crooks! They charged me twice for my order and never even sent me the product. I spoke to a lady who promised to call me back, but she never did. It's so frustrating dealing with these scammers! They have multiple company names, which just goes to show that they're up to no good. Thankfully, I had my bank dispute all the charges. These guys at Gallery Lighting are nothing but a bunch of crooks and liars. They had the audacity to hold onto my hard-earned money for a whopping two months, all while feeding me lies about my chandelier being shipped out the following week. Can you believe it? I finally reached my breaking point and demanded a refund. It took them a painful three weeks to actually give me my money back. And let me tell you, it wasn't until I threatened to charge back on my credit card that they even bothered to respond. No phone call, no apology, nothing. It's safe to say, I won't be running back to them anytime soon.
