Ordered from The Light Shop back in December 2020 and was super excited to receive my product. However, after waiting for 8 long months, I still hadn't received anything. I reached out to their customer service team and was told that my order was on a boat. I patiently waited for a few more weeks, but still no luck. So, I decided to request a full refund. But, to my surprise, they stopped responding to my messages altogether.

I was extremely disappointed with the way they handled my order and the lack of communication from their end. It's been a frustrating experience dealing with this company and I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from them. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to using their products, but unfortunately, it didn't work out.

Overall, I would advise anyone to steer clear of The Light Shop. They don't seem to value their customers and their customer service is lacking. It's a shame because they have some really nice products, but the poor service just isn't worth it. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

So, I went on thelightshop.com and ordered a couple of sconce lights on March 4th, 2022. But guess what? They never showed up! And to make matters worse, they charged me for them! I tried calling their customer service line, but no one ever picks up. What a bunch of garbage! Don't fall for their scam!

The gentleman on the phone proceeded to yell at me and even used profanity, telling me to "screw you" three separate times. I was shocked and taken aback by his behavior. He wouldn't let me speak and didn't seem to care about my concerns.

Overall, my experience with The Light Shop was disappointing and frustrating. While I did eventually receive my missing light, the lack of communication and poor customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking for quality lighting and good customer service.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with The Light Shop. I ordered two sets of Dainty Glasses (Code GL231) on March 12th, 2018 (Order# ***), but I never received them. I've called them a bunch of times, and every time they tell me they weren't able to get the glasses. But get this - they charged my credit card right away! What's up with that?

So I asked for a refund, but when I called to check on the status of it, they told me it was too late to refund the charges to my MasterCard. Instead, they said they'd be sending me a check for the $72 I paid for the glasses. It's been almost three weeks now, and I still haven't gotten that check. What gives, Light Shop?

I'm not trying to be difficult or anything, but I just want what I paid for. And if I can't get that, I at least want my money back. It's not like $72 is chump change, you know? I hope someone from The Light Shop sees this review and can help me out.

So I submitted a return request, hoping to get some help from the folks at The Light Shop. But I never heard back from them. Not a single peep. So I decided to give them a call a week later to see what was up.

Well, let me tell you, the lady I spoke to was not very helpful. She told me that I couldn't return the lights because it had been more than 25 days since I ordered them. But I explained to her that I had submitted the request on the 25th day, so technically I was still within the time limit. But she just kept arguing with me, saying that I was wrong and that it was too late.

Finally, she suggested that I order different lights and then send the original ones back for a refund. But get this: I would have to pay for shipping on both orders, which would have cost me another $500 on top of the original $500 I had already spent. And even then, there was no guarantee that I would get my money back.

I asked if I could just get a store credit instead, but she said no. She was just so unfriendly and unhelpful, it was really frustrating.

All in all, I would not recommend The Light Shop to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, and their return policy is a joke. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.
