Lilygown Lilygown Review: Poor Quality and Sub-par Customer Service

I recently purchased a dress from Lilygown for ?82, and I have to say I was extremely disappointed when it arrived. The dress was nothing like what had been advertised on the website, and the quality was really poor.

Needless to say, I contacted the company to raise my concerns and request a refund or exchange. However, the experience only got worse from there. The customer service I received was sub-par, to say the least. I had to exchange multiple emails and phone calls with them just to get a response, and when I did, they were unwilling to offer any form of compensation that would fully rectify the issue.

To add insult to injury, when I tried to return the dress, Lilygown actually pleaded with me to keep it and accepted to offer me a pitiful refund of only ?20. This was despite the fact that my initial purchase was ?82!

Overall, my experience with Lilygown was absolutely horrendous. I went through all the trouble and wasted my time and money on a product that did not meet my expectations, and the company's customer service did nothing to change that. Trust me, do not waste your money and time with them.

Lilygown Disappointing Experience with Lilygown.co.uk: Poor Quality and Inadequate Customer Service

Recently, I had an unpleasant experience with lilygown.co.uk that has left me incredibly disappointed and out of pocket. I was tempted to buy a beautiful dress that I saw on their website. Although the price seemed too good to be true, I decided to take a chance and ordered it for £20. Unfortunately, my excitement was short-lived when the dress arrived, several sizes too small, made of low-quality material, and with a shoddy zip that was tough to work with.

I immediately contacted their customer service to request a refund and initiate the return process. Sadly, what followed was a series of delays and endless email exchanges that left me feeling frustrated, angry and deflated. It's been weeks since I reached out to them, and I'm still trying to get my refund. Every couple of days, they ask me new questions, and I feel like I'm going round in circles.

I strongly advise anyone against using this website for shopping. It's an utterly disappointing experience, and I have learned a costly lesson, one that has cost me over £100. The quality of the dress, lack of return policy clarity, and the absence of reliable customer service are all significant red flags that you should not overlook. Save yourself the time, money, and energy by taking your business elsewhere and avoiding the unfortunate experience I've had to endure.

Lilygown My Review of Lilygown: Strongly Advise Against Purchasing from Them

I strongly advise you to avoid purchasing from Lilygown, as my recent shopping experience has been a complete disaster. To begin with, there is a serious issue with their communication, which is almost nonexistent. It was nearly impossible to get a response to my queries, and when I did, the replies were vague and unhelpful.

Furthermore, the product I received was faulty, completely ill-fitting and not at all the color I had ordered. When I attempted to return it, I was informed that no refund would be available, and customer service staff were unapologetic and completely unsympathetic about my plight. This caused me to feel cheated and taken advantage of.

To my disappointment, this is not an isolated incident and it appears that many other customers have had the same problem. I believe the company has a poor track record of fulfilling their promises and frequently deceiving customers out of their hard-earned money.

In my opinion, I would not award them even one star and would warn people not to trust them. I am currently seeking legal guidance and have kept a record of all the false and misleading communication that I have received from them. It is regrettable that a company like Lilygown is allowed to trade in the UK.

Lilygown Warning: Stay Away from Lilygown - Scam, poor quality and customer service leaves a bad taste in your mouth

I had a really negative experience with Lilygown and do not recommend them at all. Firstly, I paid a total of ?133 for a dress, including express delivery, only for it to arrive late and with a faulty zipper that wouldn't budge. This meant that I couldn't even try the dress on, which was extremely frustrating.

I reached out to the company to initiate a return for the faulty item, but that's when my experience went from bad to worse. I've since exchanged over 60 emails with Lilygown and have yet to receive any resolution to the situation. It's simply unacceptable to have to deal with such poor customer service, particularly when the situation could have been easily resolved by the company had they chosen to act in good faith.

To be honest, I feel like I've been scammed by them. It's not just the disappointing dress and lack of customer service that leaves me feeling this way - their website is misleading, to say the least. I don't trust anything they say on their site, as it's clear that they don't deliver on their promises.

In fact, my experience with Lilygown has been so poor that I've reported them to the police. I cannot stress enough how important it is that people do not buy from them. They are dishonest, fraudulent, and will leave you with nothing but a bad taste in your mouth.

Lilygown Beware of Lilygown/Agown.co.uk: A Robbing Company With Poor After Sale Service

As a concerned husband, I must share with you my wife's awful experience with Agown.co.uk, or better known as Lilygown. She was quite excited about receiving her new dress, so when the package did not show up for two months - four weeks later than they promised - she was quite disappointed. To make matters worse, the dress ended up being the wrong size and color.

In effort to resolve the issue, my wife attempted to follow Lilygown's return policy. Unfortunately, they refused to correspond with her, leaving her with the wrong dress and no way to return or receive a refund. What's more, it seems that they were just after her money, as any type of after sale interest was non-existence.

I urge you to steer clear of this company. They are nothing more than a robbing company. Because they are based in China, we were unable to do anything about it, leaving us with a bitter taste in our mouths. Do not make the same mistake we did. Shop somewhere reputable and with a better reputation.

Lilygown Avoid Lilygown: Unacceptable Customer Service and Damaged Product Experience

If you're in the market for a new dress, I would highly recommend avoiding Lilygown at all costs. I recently ordered a dress from them and was sorely disappointed by the entire experience. It took a grueling 25 days for my dress to arrive, and when it finally did, it came in a damaged condition. Naturally, I contacted the company right away with accompanying photos of the damage, and requested information on how to return the dress for a refund.

Unfortunately, the customer service I received from Lilygown was absolutely abysmal. Despite my repeated attempts to get in touch with someone who could help me, each reply I received from the company was nothing short of a nightmare. They made excuse after excuse, and ultimately refused to issue me a return label, telling me instead to find a local alterations business to repair my dress!

If you value your time and money, you'll steer clear of Lilygown. The company's unprofessional behavior is truly alarming, and their lack of accountability is just plain unacceptable. Instead, do yourself a favor and seek out a more reputable company that doesn't leave its customers feeling cheated and betrayed. You deserve better, and there are plenty of other options out there that will provide you with the exceptional service you deserve.

Lilygown Lilygown (JJ Gowns) Review: Poor Quality, Mismatched Sizing, No Customer Service - Strongly Advise Against Purchasing

My Mum was extremely excited about her upcoming role as Mother of the Bride at my sister's wedding, and felt it was important to look her best for the special occasion. After browsing several online stores, she came across Lilygown (also known as JJ Gowns) and decided to take a chance on the site due to their seemingly affordable and stylish options.

However, the experience turned out to be anything but positive. Upon receiving her order, she noticed several pulls in the lace of the dress, and found that the sizing was completely off - the dress was far too big, while the matching jacket was too small. Needless to say, this was incredibly disappointing, as she had spent a considerable amount of money and was looking forward to wearing the outfit at the wedding.

However, her disappointment quickly turned to frustration when she reached out to Lilygown to request a refund or exchange. To her dismay, the company outright refused to provide any solution, suggesting instead that she find a local seamstress to alter the dress and jacket on her own, and even offered the additional task of finding some matching fabric to make the jacket larger herself. This response was completely unacceptable and not what would be expected from a reputable online retailer.

Despite several attempts to contact the company, the refusal to provide any form of resolution remains steadfast. This has left my Mum feeling scammed and deeply frustrated with the entire experience.

To anyone considering purchasing from Lilygown, I would strongly advise against it. The poor quality of the products, the mismatched sizing, and the complete lack of customer service make for an incredibly subpar experience. It's important to shop with trustworthy and reliable companies - Lilygown is certainly not one of them.

Lilygown Avoid Shopping at Lilygown.co.uk - A Scam Website with Terrible Customer Service and Poor Quality Products

I had a really unfortunate experience with Lilygown.co.uk and I strongly advise that you do not shop with them! Honestly, it was the worst online buying experience that I have ever ever had. The customer service was terrible and I truly believe that they are operating as a scam. I ordered a dress from them that was nothing like what it looked in the pictures online. To make matters worse, my dress had an overwhelming and unacceptable smell when it arrived.

When I contacted Lilygown to express my concerns and ask for a refund, they refused to honor it and suggested that I pay out of pocket to fix the dress. What's worse, they kept me hanging with their poor response time, dragging out my refund process until I realized that I would additionally be responsible for hefty shipping fees, which were roughly £60 - unbelievable!

To add insult to injury, I discovered that Lilygown operates under countless other online aliases. As a prudent shopper, it's important that you check to ensure that you're shopping from an authentic and trustworthy website. Don't waste your time or money with this fraudulent website.

I feel utterly robbed and extremely disappointed with Lilygown and will never, ever shop with them again. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere for a better experience.

Lilygown Beware of Lilygown (Agown.co.uk): Terrible Quality & No Return Policy

When it comes to online shopping, one expects transparency, good quality products, and an efficient returns process. However, my experience with Lilygown, or should I say agown.co.uk, has been nothing short of a nightmare.

First of all, let's clear up the confusion - lilygown.co.uk and agown.co.uk are the same website. I tried to leave a review on agown's actual website, but all reviews have to be approved by the company before posting - and unsurprisingly, mine was not approved.

But that's not the main issue here. The biggest concern is that this company is not based in the UK, despite their claims. In fact, they are a Chinese company posing as a UK-based one. This can be seen in the poor quality of their products, which I unfortunately found out the hard way.

The items I received were of terrible quality, and when I attempted to return them, I hit another roadblock. They do not actually accept returns! Instead, I have spent the last week battling with them to simply provide me with the return address, so that I can return a faulty product. But to no avail - they refuse to even tell me the return address!

In short, I implore you - do not waste your money on this website. Look elsewhere for better options, as this is one company that does not deserve your hard-earned cash.

Lilygown Lilygown Review: A Deceptive Online Fashion Retailer to Stay Away From

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Lilygown, an online fashion retailer based in the United Kingdom. I ordered two dresses and was disappointed to find that both were faulty and the color was far from what I had expected. When I attempted to return them, I was met with resistance from the company, who refused to accept them back. I was incredibly frustrated and contacted their customer service team via email over 100 times, but received conflicting information every time.

To add insult to injury, when I attempted to reason with them about the return process, the team tried to convince me that it would cost more to send the dresses back than I would be refunded. Despite my attempts to explain that I work for a company with a presence in Hong Kong and China and understood the actual costs of shipping, they continued to insist that I would have to pay for seamstress costs because their workers have families to feed. This behavior is unacceptable from a company that claims to value its customers.

Despite my disappointment with Lilygown's practices, I was able to claim a refund from my credit card company. However, I strongly advise others to steer clear of this business.
