This store is not worth your time or money. I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Let's Be Gothic. I ordered five items and only received two of them. To make matters worse, the items that I did receive did not fit me properly. I was frustrated because I had measured beforehand and the size that I ordered should have fit me perfectly. However, it seemed like the items were made for someone much smaller than me. I contacted customer service hoping to get a refund, but unfortunately, they were not helpful at all. Even though I was within the 30-day money-back guarantee period, they refused to give me a refund. I was shocked and disappointed that they would treat their customers this way.

I have been in contact with customer service for several days now, and we still have not been able to resolve the issue. It seems like I will be out of the $147 dollars that I spent on their products. I would not recommend this store to anyone. If you are looking for alternative stores, I would suggest checking out Wish before considering Let's Be Gothic.

One thing that I would like to warn others about is to stay away from items that have a lot of straps. They can be very confusing when trying to put them on. I gotta say, I ordered from Let's Be Gothic on January 16th and it's now February 27th and I still haven't received three of the items I ordered. I asked for a refund and to cancel the order, but they just printed labels and claimed they shipped the items. Just because they're in China doesn't mean they can take forever to ship!
