Light In The Box — product not delivered even after three weeks and no customer care support
I had placed an order approximately 3 weeks back. And it has not arrived yet. The shipping intermediaries have been changed thrice by the company in this duration. Again, the 'Tickets' section provided by the website is hardly responded to by the company. There is no effective customer care service. Now, neither do I have my shipment nor do I have my refund. This is an utterly disgraceful deficiency in service. The amount is quite a lot almost two grand. If the company does not provide a recourse to this, I will definitely initiate a suit them for this breach of sale of goods contract. They have to specifically perform and if not they not only have to refund me but also pay me damages for causing me so much inconvenience and hassle.
Though I have absolutely zero expectations but here goes my order number
Keep taking it lightly till I bust your funny business.
