led light strip is wrong.
I have ordered, paid for and received an LED light strip with controller, and it is not what was advertised. although the remote displays a white option, there is no white colour on the strip.
To add to the annoyance, your 'my orders' section is showing the order has not even been placed so I cant use any of the returns, replacements or cancellations etc. links.

My order had arrived after one month since I placed it instead of 3-day shipping. Moreover, 2 items were broken. According to their policies, I had a right to open a dispute after 45 days and I have to wait for that long to do it. But they didn't help me at all. All I want is to get a refund and do not understand what exactly takes you so long to make this decision.

When opened the packing, no packing list in that box, but received projector, short TV cable, socket and paper without full information about installation guidance, on that paper no projector name/ number. Finally I checked up with YouTube and other sources, I could not get any information about that projector. I spent more than ₹8500 on that projector but used less. I feel there is no power adaptor and proper manual for installation and maintenance. Please provide me the missing

I ordered two Lace synthetic hair wigs paid extra for 2-3 day shipping and they took my money out right away from the bank. I don't know where should I complaint about these cheaters. They haven't deliver my order.It's been more than 2 months and I didn't get my order. I have lodged several complaints in their site but they are giving me stupid excuses. I seldom order anything from online, and now I know why. Ordered a dress from Light in the Box. DO NOT EVER USE THIS company!
The dress did arrive in a timely fashion, but, it wasn't the dress I ordered. It was advertised as cotton, but, it is, in actuality, some sort of really poor quality synthetic.
I ordered a 2X...I wear and 18 normally. I held the dress up when I opened the package and realized, although marked on the label as 2X, it was probably no more than a size 4. I couldn't even get it over my head.
Took the dress to one of my girlfriends who wears a size 12, and, she, too, was unable to pull the dress down past her neck.
So, I tried to find a phone number to deal with the problem...none available, except in China. I have followed their procedure per return policy via email, but, after reading all the reviews and complaints about this company...why don't we ever do that BEFORE ordering...I have come to the conclusion that I have lost my $25. Haven't received any response at all, even though they claim they respond within 24 hours...it's been two weeks.
So, lesson learned...do not deal with this company again...than goodness I only ordered one dress, or I'd be out a lot more money. Shameful.

This is an incident involving a $543 package that I ordered online from Light in the box. This company appeared to have a variety of good products online, but the moment that I sent the purchase, I have come to regret the decision more and more. I ordered the package on the 30th of June. It is currently the 10th of August, and I still do not have my package! Throughout the entire waiting process, I've messaged Light in the box faculty countless times. Whenever I messaged them, the responder seemed agitated saying that I didn't understand their policy of how long things take to arrive and that "for my sake, they hope it arrives quickly." Even though they told me that it would be a 3-5 day shipping time and that processing takes a few days, it is literally more than 5 weeks later and I still do not have my product.
The package that I ordered is a road bike that I need to use to get to and from work. The fact that I don't have it has compromised my ability to work more hours, and on top of that I am short $543. I asked for a refund, and now they're telling to wait 60 days for my product without acknowledging my request of a refund. 60 DAYS. I want my money back, and this is so unprofessional.

It is now August 4, 2017, I don't get any specific tracking information when click the track option on their website. On the 1st of August, I had placed an order on 4 san disk 32 GB memory cards. Upon realising that it was 4, paying $85.51 in total. I had cancelled my order as I had only intended to purchase 2. After ordering 2 and paying $44.24. I checked my bank account only to find both payments had processed, despite cancelling the order for 4 memory cards before the orders were shipped.
