Life Storage review: Gate code does not work. Office closed and representative cannot get anyone on site.

On 8/13/2023 rented a uhaul to access storage space bought on 8/12/2023. Access code was denied entry. Called 1800 number and representative said they will reach out and call back in 20mins. Nobody calls back after 45mins. Called again and then representative states they will try office manager. Representative states office manager didn’t reply and that there is nobody else to help.

What company does this after taking their money for payment and the code not work and nobody is available to come to the store or even correct the problem/code.
