I have an Amazon pickup at the Northside drive location I am being told to get off the property that I'm not supposed to be on the property due to me waiting an hour early for my package to arrive I've been here since 7:00 a.m. this morning I am at the Northside drive location Life storage the employee you will not give me his name but this is highly unacceptable.

Even if I wanted to get a storage here with Life storage this type of behavior from an employee will not be tolerated should not be tolerated due to him critiquing an individual. In the next coming month I needed to get a storage but I do not think Life storage is the place that I need to get it at because their employees aren't for the people they come to work with attitudes that others should not have to deal with.

Well after all I can say Life storage did rectify the matter in a very pleasing way. Where I totally big misunderstanding turned out to actually be a blessing in disguise. Life storage after all I have to give you five star rating...
