Liberty Tax Service review: Tax filing

Ive had my taxes at this location since 2023,in the files, I set an appointment up with Laura on Nov 13th to do my taxes at another location, she asked me to send her my name and birthday, so she could find my file, which i provided her with, she said she would get back to me before your appointment, once she found my taxes.she never called me, I called on the day our appointment was set, to verify that we were still on. I left 3 messages, asking for a reply, with no prevail, when looking through my texts, I came across Laura's phone number, I dont know why I didnt know it was her personal phone number, and left a message at 3:30 AM asking why I havent got a call back. She sure got back to me then, ripping on me, that i texted her at that time, I explained i didnt realize it was her personal phone and that i was being totally avoided. And couldnt believe that I only got a response at 3:30 AM I asked her how am I supposed to get my taxes. She avoided me again, she is so...rude and need help, please contact me ASAP
