Dear Liberty Tax / Customer Service /,

I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding the unprofessional behavior of one of your advisors, as well as multiple errors made on my mother's tax filings over the past few years under Liberty Tax's care.

In my most recent conversation with the advisor, I was interrupted and spoken to in an argumentative and dismissive manner while trying to discuss issues related to my mother's taxes. This conduct was highly unprofessional and added further stress to an already difficult situation.

More importantly, numerous mistakes were made by Liberty Tax in preparing my mother’s tax returns in previous years. These errors were only discovered after I consulted a new accountant, who has since compiled a detailed list of the issues. I have had to spend several thousand dollars out-of-pocket to rectify these mistakes, and the entire process has caused significant financial and emotional distress.

I am formally requesting the following:

That a senior representative review the tax filings in question and the documented errors provided by my new accountant.
That Liberty Tax provide appropriate remuneration to cover the costs I have incurred as a direct result of your company's mistakes.
That my complaint regarding the advisor’s conduct be taken seriously and investigated accordingly."
