First of All my husband and I were married for 18 years and he passed away on April 27,2026. I have been on his checking account that was paying the premiums that were incorrectly paid out leaving out the Wolfe Brothers Funeral Home and the children of one of the beneficiaries who is deceased. This was not what my husband wanting because He simply had the beneficiaries to be paid how they were supposed to have been paid. Number one I took the policies from my home 479 Meredith Drive to the funeral home and to be disrespected and cut the funeral home out that I and my husband decided to be paid was fraudulent.
Claimed loss: The difference amongst all four beneficiaries towards the funeral cost because they signed the invoice for the services.
Desired outcome: I want the monies that was supposed to be for the next of kin to the deceased beneficiary to be paid asap. The burial benefit was closed on the Veterans Affairs website with no explanation to me as the surviving spouse

This is not decent because I gave them two other policies that it wasn't gonna hurt them to help on their father's homegoing service especially after he bailed your supposed to be husband and yourself from Chapter 13 bankruptcy which is way above what he should have done. This is a sign of a degrading supposed to be husband who sticks his chest out asking me the surviving spouse for my husband's death certificate. That was so out of order and disrespectful to me because you are not considered to be a man with balls if you ask me. Who wearing the panties both of you two because I don't see a sign of a man in this situation.
