Unwarranted Correspondences
While I was in the military, I did have a policy with Liberty National, and I was paying it by an allotment, but when I retired from the military in 2007, I stopped all of my alloments including the one to Liberty National. I also called customer service to let them know that I would no longer be needing the insurance policy. Apparently someone forgot to document this. So, please do not continue to send me any correspondences. Thanks. My policy #A005635939

I have been trying for going on 2 months to get a pricing list for my chiropractor. I have called a several times and the chiropractor's office has called at least 3 times, and no one will return their calls. I have an outstanding bill from waiting on them to contact the chiropractor's office and it should never have taken this long.
