Critical: I took my car in for a motor rebuild in March . The first rebuild resulted in a misfiring engine, and they acknowledged that the rebuild was bad. They proceeded to rebuild it again in February , and my car has been with them for a total of 11 months. I contacted Dan at customer service (marketing), who was rude and stated that they couldn't fix the issue and advised me to take them to court for a refund. On the other hand, Eric and Jamie were very understanding but mentioned that it was out of their hands. Unfortunately, the owner has not returned my calls. This experience has taught me that a tire shop should stick to tires and not venture into motor work. I have suffered a total loss of $7200.00 due to the rebuild. Additionally, I have been adding rental car expenses on a weekly basis since March. It is evident that I will have to take this matter to court. Happy hunting, Levin! Please refrain from offering me a free oil change as it will only further upset me. Moreover, I do not want any more issues like misfiring engines due to faulty oil changes.

Took a car in for repairs 3.5 weeks ago, and unfortunately, the car is still not fixed. Every time I call them, they inform me about another part that needs to be replaced. Now, over three weeks later, they are claiming that the radiator is leaking antifreeze all over their shop. It's quite ironic that it didn't leak for three weeks, and suddenly it does now.

Took car 3 times for the same problem I paid $2500.00 for them to fix. Second time they told me all, not one, but all parts they put on were faulty and had to be replaced. Took it back, they supposedly replaced everything, still making the same noises in the same exact places. Called customer complaint department corporate office in Akron Ohio. They said the complaint department for Highland is located in Hammond. Talked to Dan T, he made excuses for the Highland office and said he knew the manager there and would have manager Mike Powell check out the problem himself. Took the car back for the 4th time, the car made noises before the manager and I even pulled out of the parking lot. Manager Powell said, "That's not right". I agreed. He asked me to leave the car again. He had it for a day, picked it up last night, still making the same sounds in the same places from when I first brought it in and paid $2500.00. At this point, I would like a full refund to get the car fixed somewhere else. Can't afford rentals every time either. Can't afford another shop until I get my money back.
