Leon's Furniture review: sofa set

I have registered a complaint about my sofa set in 2017 and sine then its not been look after

They have sent a technician once n she did not fix it and she said let it increase n then they will fix it but after when i called again they said my warranties have expired (at the time of sales i was advertised that this sofa set has lifetime warranties on frame) and now its seats ate broken and it look so ugly

Please do something about this or else i am going to post lot of reviews on ir site
