Leon's Furniture review: Peyton couch

I purchased Peyton couch not knowing you are not able to lay down to get comfy and relaxed
I called Leon's immediately They said no returns I explained I wanted to exchange for a couch I could lay down on the middle section is higher and hard and does not recline
Also to recline with button on sides of couch ok but I cannot close after it has been reclined
They sent out technician he wrote customer has difficulty and cannot close recliner also Peyton chair is the same
Delivered June 13 2020
I waited 2 weeks for call back
I called yesterday July 14 Leon's said not a technical problem refusing to exchange
I don't understand if u buy a couch it is to lay down on
The Peyton collection is expensive
