On July 13, 2019 we received a new couch from Leon's.
The delivery men dropped the new couch on our hardwood floor and gouged the floor.
The delivery man took photos and assured us that this would go to his manager for repairs to be scheduled.
After no call from anyone, we called the store and the shipping manager requested that we sent photos to him.
We sent an email with our photos attached and then the avoidance game began!
Through (15) FIFTEEN emails and several phone calls, we've endured multiple different people putting us off, the damage still hasn't been repaired, viewed or even denied.
We've been given contact numbers for managers that have no voicemail and do not answer the phone.
This company should be shut down!
Our government needs to crack down on large companies that seem to be able to snake thier way through the liabilities that all other companies need to comply with to stay in business.
Buy local from smaller companies and shut these fraudulent companies down!
