Leon's Furniture review: 3 piece sectional with popup sofabed sku#07943503

I went to Leon's to buy a high quality sectional. Not even a month after being delivered, it has ripped at the seam, and is starting to rip at another seam. I have been nothing but gentle with this section, but the quality just isn't as great as I was told it would be by the sales people within the store.
I have tried calling multiple times to bring this issue to their attention, but they keep "redirecting my call" and then the line gets disconnected. I should have just went to Ikea. At least I know they have a good customer satisfaction team.
Desired outcome: I want a refund.
