I ordered 2 boxes of contact for $100. total.
I understand tax and shipping - $20 total
Then...$57.00 More... for unexplained or up front costs.
$177.59 total
This is not communicated at all on the receipt, as I was filling out my insurance form. The customer service agent said it was included on the order form when checking out. First, this is deceptive. Second, there is no explanation for exactly what the extra $57. is for.
I will never use Lens.com, share this information on review sites and inform all the people I know who wear contacts.

Desired outcome: $57. Refund
