I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the inadequate handling of my complaint about workplace bullying and harassment at Legalwise As an employee facing distressing circumstances, I turned to the appropriate channels within the company for support and resolution, but unfortunately, the response has been severely lacking.

Upon reporting the incidents of bullying and harassment, I was directed to fill out a grievance form. Regrettably, this was the extent of the company's action. Despite the gravity of the situation and the emotional toll it has taken, there has been no further follow-up or meaningful assistance provided to address these distressing issues.

This lack of appropriate response and follow-up is unacceptable. The company's failure to address such serious matters promptly and effectively has left me feeling disregarded and unsupported, compounding the distress caused by the initial incidents.

I believe it's crucial for organizations to prioritize the well-being and safety of their employees, especially in situations involving harassment and bullying. I urge legalwise to take immediate and comprehensive action to investigate the reported incidents and implement measures to ensure a safe and respectful work environment for all employees.

Furthermore, as this matter remains unresolved internally, I am exploring legal avenues and seeking advice from external organizations specializing in workplace issues to ensure that appropriate steps are taken to address these concerns.
