If you're thinking of purchasing a bike transport bag from BikeInn.com, be very careful and double-check everything. We had a negative experience when we ordered two bags that did not match up with what was shown in the video on their website. After reaching out to their customer service, we were informed that the video only showed a different, more expensive bag. We asked for a return authorization but were only given one after agreeing to pay the shipping costs ourselves. Eventually, BikeInn.com accepted responsibility and reimbursed us for the bags, but they refused to reimburse us for the original transportation charge or the Canadian duties paid. As of today, August 5th, I still haven't received my order, and there has been no further information about its whereabouts.
To make matters worse, their last correspondence with me suggested that I contact my local post office to see if the package was being held by them or Customs. After contacting my post office, I discovered that the parcel wasn't even in the country at all!

Hello fellow bike enthusiasts! I wanted to share an experience I had with Bikeinn (bikeinn.com) in regards to purchasing a tyre. Specifically, I ordered a tyre on July 17th, 2021 and as of today, I have yet to receive it even though it was showing "IN STOCK" at the time of my purchase.
I have reached out to the company multiple times and they reported that there is a delay in their warehouse of 4 months. Yes, you read that right, a FOUR month delay. I was quite frustrated, to say the least, considering I purchased the same tyre from another bike shop (albeit more expensive) and it was delivered promptly just a few days later.
However, I still have not cancelled my Bikeinn order as I find the situation quite amusing at this point and I'm curious to see when (or if) it will finally get delivered or if the company will admit defeat.
The tyre still shows as being delivered in 2 more weeks, but this changes daily and is always 2 weeks from the day you log into your account. Although Bikeinn does respond to my emails, they don't answer all my questions such as what does "in stock" actually mean? Where is the tyre currently? And why is there such a delay?
I understand that COVID, Brexit, and Ever Green getting stuck have all had implications for shipping, but this delay seems excessive for an item that was supposedly "in stock." Additionally, having the raw materials and knowing the company that makes the tyre, should that not guarantee that it is in stock nowadays?
I just wanted to share this experience with all of you, so you can be aware that if you need something quickly and it appears to be "in stock" on Bikeinn's website, it could mean anything. Keep this in mind if you plan on ordering from them.

Bikeinn Review: Shipping Scam Leaves Customers Frustrated and Out of Money
My experience with Bikeinn was a disappointment from the start. While their website appeared to be professional and well-organized, my order confirmation gave me a false sense of security. I was excited to receive my purchase on time, but unfortunately, I had the same experience as many other customers. While the company claimed my package had shipped, it never arrived.
This is a sophisticated scam that I wouldn't wish upon anyone. The company created the illusion of an actual shipment, complete with a picture of my package with the correct shipping label. However, they never actually shipped my package. Instead, they pocketed my money and paid a small fee to the shipping company to make it look as though they had.
It's baffling to me why Bikeinn would choose to ship from Holland when they are based in Spain. It leads me to wonder if there are more lenient fraud laws in Holland that they are taking advantage of. Unfortunately, only a handful of customers in these reviews received their shipments. The rest of us are left waiting in frustration.
After over three weeks of waiting, I contacted my credit card company to reverse the charges and ordered the same items from Amazon at a slightly higher price.
