my name is kirk mahon i brought into the trial for the above product, i sent the company an email to tell them i wasn't interested in a subscription for their product. Then i check my account and i have been charged even though i emailed to say i wasn't interested.
after researching them i found out this has happened to a lot of people.
Be careful this doesn't happen to you.

Well in their terms it tells you to go on a site called something like 321 assist or something like that, best thing you can do is contact your bank and they will sort it but it takes 30 days and you can still get charged in this period, it's a massive scam and loads of people have been caught sadly. Hope this helps

When I rang this number from the uk [protected] I got hold of them. They told me I wasn't on the system after checking my details, they continued to charge me as I didn't no my online order id number. I checked through my emails and found it, I rang them back told them it and they funnily enough found me on the system and told me my membership was canceled. I also reported them to my bank as a faud company so they began to start proceeding incase this company tried to take more money. If you do this with your bank you can dispute further transactions and get your money back, if you just cancel your card they can still get money, you must do as iv said. Hope this helps

Exactly same thing has happened to me I ordered a bottle and reaqd the terms and conditions saying that if you paid the £2 or whatever it was, you recieved a trial bottle when in fact I recieved a large bottle and got charged £56 from my bank and could not get in touch with this fake company to cancel, email didnt get replied, no phone number, address, nothing.not happy at all, cancelled my card, bank gave me a refund but actually two weeks letter because the bank received a letter from them to say i agreed to the terms and conditions I have now had to pay the refund back even though i have ezxplained what has happened, over and over. Not happy.KEEP AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMING IDIOTS! want to burn the company down.

I have had two bottles of the stuff. It's actually not bad, but each package arrived with a £2 value on the mailing sheet. I have been charged £307.27 over 12 seperate little payments that [censored] here didn't even notice. Absolutely raging. Just spent 30 minutes on phone to Lean Muscle in Atlanta (my bank RBS, put me through) who "can't find your account sir". Have cancelled my card so should lose no more, but want my money back. Visa Debit Dispute Centre are sending me a form to send back to them with my complaint and they will investigate, but I'm not hopful. Fairly sure my 'how do you sleep at night?' pleas fell on deaf ears when speaking to Lean Muscle. The ***** on the phone even had the temerity to keep repeating my information in triplicate, as if they don't have enough of my money already. If there is a movement growing to head over to Atlanta and kick some ###, I'm in. Raith_94@hotmail.com

So embarassing.

Did anyone actually receive the product? I thought it looked a bit dodgy so my plan was to open a new account and close it as soon as I'd ordered the free trial so they can't screw me over, but after reading this it sounds like it's a complete scam and the product is made up.

Has anyone actually got the Lean Muscle X? Does it work?

This is a bloody disgrace, i know i was a fool for just giving out my card details like it wasnt a big deal, but considering i dont even have a credit card ( only a visa debit ) that should have been my first clue as to how fake it was! i hear a few people have recieved the item, well ive been charged £10 ( because thats all that was in my account ) and have recieved nothign in the mail whate so ever! im seriously up for bringing these people down! if anyone wants to get in touch with me then please dont hesitate to contact me via email - Andy_U_2k7@hotmail.co.uk

First of all cancel your debit/credit card so they won't be able to take money from you.
Ive informed my bank about it and they undertake investigation.
Ive tried contact them but it is the same story, busy number and no answer so far at all for e-mail(request on Lean MuscleX page). Lets get together and do something about it. Ive sent email to speedydazza for djd208@netscape.net (from post below) and mayby together we can sort it out with help of police or any other frauding institution.

Every time I call their phone umber trying to cancel, I get a busy signal at 1-866.257.2650 Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 5:00pm EST. They do not have a contact email at all, just the dead-end phone number and an address in London England, I live in Canada! Are they going to keep charging me every month? or is it just the first two months?

is there another lean muscle x because when I did call them, I was told I wasn't even in their system but I keep getting charged $89.99. All I wanted was their so-called free trial but can't find a number or email to contact them at. Bunch of garbage.

can I ask what email did you contact them at?
I too got sucked into this scam. I have tried to contact them through the phone number on their website, but I simply get a busy signal every time. I can't seem to find their e-mail though.
