I would like Leaf Filter to send out a repair man to fix the angle of my gutter so that it's tipped toward the downspout and remove the ice shield.

Run...Run away as fast as you can!
The whole job was installed incorrectly. Now that I've said that let me add that LeafFiler sent their inspector to check out my complaint. When he was leaving he said he agreed saying "I couldn't find much done correctly either, the whole job needs to be redone". That was 3 months ago and over 7 missed appointments to get the job done. Some of those without even a phone call to notify me. Here is a list of some of the issues and I will attach some pics so you can see for yourself:
Pitch is wrong
Drop is wrong
Gutters are bent
Screens are twisted and bent
Screens installed at an angle outside of the gutters
Downspout installed without elbows
White zip hinges installed on brown gutters
(installer told be where I COULD BUY PAINT to make them match)
Downspout pieced together with two short pieces
There is more but you get the idea my nightmare started in 06/22; its now the end of 09/22. RUN AWAY... Save yourself!
Desired outcome: Job fixed or removed and refunded

This company's product is a scam, their product does not do what it's sales person says that it will do. They need to be stopped from scamming the public. I personally am going to file a complaint with the federal trade commission. If you want to know more contact me at... Leaf filter is one of worst companies for guards . Salesman didn’t wanted to give me the discount from there website 20% +10 for military. I had called him back my military discount. Then the installers show up a week later with the wrong product, and tried for take the wrong product. So I called the company about installers having the wrong product, so she said would have someone from the company call me . The man from the company ( Steve) was [censored] and told me that he didn’t care about my problem ( wrong product) . Now I get the bill and they didn’t take off military discount. I have called the company now 2 times with no call back . In number for Murfreesboro Tn office is disconnected. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Horrible product
This tim byrne at [protected] came out sold us this junk leaffilter system that is way overpriced and does not even work.Instead of cleaning the leaves out of your gutter you have to constantly clean the leaffilter screens and when it rains the water just goes right over their cheap device, you might as well just not have gutters.Leaffilter is a complete waste of money.
