This Place is a Joke They take your deposit and ya chase them Ignorant salesman Joe *** or could careless of any Craftsmanship in regards to fence If you like your neighbors dog purchase a fence from AmeriDream with the gaps in the fence your neighbors dog will wander over

Scheduled appointment with them and they cancelled the guy called 1 hour before the appointment claiming he had car trouble I rescheduled with them a second time and he called yet again talking about he had an issue he had to take care of with his daughter I was ready to pass but their office called this time and asked if I could reschedule one more time which I did reluctantly and low and behold another NO SHOW they didn't he bother to call this time! Good luck!

Went to go get the permit, for our install scheduled for tomorrow, but the company isn't up to date with their license & insurance. Spoke with Sarai to find out what's going on, license & insurance have been inactive since March . To make matters worse, they took out deposit and won't return our calls. We've left messages on ext. 301, 302, 304, and 305 as well as the general mailbox with ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNED PHONE CALL & NO REFUND. We're trying to give them a chance, but this is ridiculous, and our experience with this company just keeps getting more and more unprofessional. Jesus be a fence, cause it doesn't look like we're gonna get this one!

We had a fence installed by AmeriDream 07/30. Per the contract, there is a 5 year warranty installation and a lifetime warranty on materials. The fence is leaning and needs to be secured. For the last 8 weeks, I have called the office and left messages. I have sent emails to their office. I have sent various text messages to the sales person involved in the transaction. He replies back that he will let the office know. No one call backs to schedule service.

Fence was damaged in a wind storm, contacted them to perform repairs. Repairs were advertised as using all new material, allowing me to keep anything salvageable for future repairs. Materials took months to arrive and the install got pushed into winter. After everything melted, I realized they used damaged material from the collapse mostly, with the remaining material not matching. All the old material was used and carted away without my knowledge. Sought answers directly and was told a maintenance team would meet me at the house to fix the issues...they never called or showed.

Ameridream installed our fence. After the storms in August , our fence needed repairs. After several phone calls, Bert came to give us an estimate. It took several phone calls to actually get the estimate to give insurance, although the fence is less than 5 years old and should be covered under warranty. We only need a gate repaired and 5 new posts. Since we aren't going to replace the entire fence, like their estimate was based on, they can't be bothered with us. They don't answer their phones, and Bert ignores us. I talked to him in September, October, and November. I called again today, and no answer. I understand there was a supply issue, but their actions are shameful.

On October 25th, I signed a contractual agreement and paid to have a fence installed. It wasn't until recently that my next door neighbor had a company installed a white fence to replace their old red fence. I noticed a few weeks ago that Ameridream installed and secured sections of my fence to my neighbors old red fence and did not properly install my fence. The entry gate was not properly secured to a post. On April 2nd, I left a message and did not receive a response. On April 6th, I spoke with Aylin Serrato from Ameridream and provided her with photographs of the issue and was told she would forward the photos and information to her supervisor who would contact me within a couple of days. I didn't hear back from them and left 2 additional messages on April 9th and still have not received a response.

I purchaed a fence from Amer idream *** on April 3. At the time I was told by installer this fence will last us 20 years. Since then, we have 3 posts that are in need of replacement. Their representative came out and inspected the posts on April 14, and said they could replace them for $300.00. We agreed to the price and asked to have post replaced as soon as possible as the heavy winds we have been getting is causing the fence to ***. I know they are busy with larger jobs but he assured us they would be out within the week.I emailed *** because I had not heard anything from scheduling on April 28, and he said he thought they would be over the following Saturday. This was on April 30. I have called their office. Left messages for both *** and *** and have response. *** asked for my credit card to *** me for lumber and nothing has been done. I have not had a response to date. I just want a response to my job.

They installed a fence 6 months ago. It has mismatched panels and a damaged panel. The gate does not open and close properly. Because of this have to leave gate propped open. I am having an inground pool installed where i cannot leave the gate open upon completion or i will be fined by village and also safety issues. The gate is damaged now from not being able to close and open properly and banging around with the winds. A sales rep came out to price our a new job which he was unaware that he was coming to a property that they had already done because they do not respond to phone calls or emails. He told me the fence would have to b replaced and its under warranty. No one has contacted me since aside from saying they recieved my emails with no resolution to fix the problem. I have to hire a new fence company now as my pool is almost finished. ive asked them to fix it, no response, what i really want is for them to take down the fence and give me money back as i now have someone else coming replace the fence. It's under warranty and they will not honor that. They should no longer be in business. i want them to take down fence and refund my money
