Salesman came out and gave me a bid based on my request of two sides of my house that needed gutter guards. The price was crazy high, so I declined, and he took back the drawing he had made of the house and the job. His boss texted me the next day and said they would do the job "at cost" which was about $1000 less. I accepted based on my conversation with the salesman. The contract came and stated gutters would be installed for the new lower price. the first installer showed up unannounced a day early but couldn't install because the gutters they gave him were too wide. The actual day of the install no one shows up or calls. I waited for 4 hours but no one came. I called my salesman who said he didn't know anything but would call me back. He did stating that indeed no one was coming. The next day someone shows up but again has the wrong guards. They had the correct guards delivered about an hour later and he begins working. He notifies me about three quarters of the way through the job that he was on his last section, and he would be done in 5 minutes. I asked about the remaining 25% and he said it was scribbled out on the drawing! He showed it to me and indeed the original drawing discussed with the salesman had been altered to only include a portion of the back of the house where the trees were. Since the salesman took the original drawings I only have our conversation to fall back on but why would anyone want only half of a side of the house with trees protected. After several conversations and one time being hung up on I am left with a 75% completed job and little hope of resolution.

Desired outcome: To have the contract fulfilled based on my verbal agreement with the salesman( 100% of the treed side of the house with guards)
