Leader Accessories review: Leader accessories roof rack, customer service was the worst I've ever experienced

I received an automobile roof rack that was missing the instructions and all of the installation hardware to actually use the roof rack. Upon chatting with customer service, I was told that Leader accessories definitely sends out all of their products with all of the necessary accessories. I responded telling them they must be the single company in the world that has never made a mistake and never sent a product out missing anything. After telling them multiple times my issue, I was asked multiple times which parts I needed. I told them I dont know because my package was missing instructions so I woukd have no idea what is missing, but I have no hardware to install it or assemble it. After way too much back and forth of me explaining the same things over and over, the representative dirty deleted all of the part of the chat that included them claiming to never make mistakes. They instructed me to purchase the parts from Amazon, and message them to show them the order so that they could ship it to me, though they didn't even have all the necessary hardware. My chat with this representative was deleted 3 times after I told them I had screenshots of everything and would be contacting someone above them to prove what was deleted. I will never purchase anything from this company again. And the fact that they have a 0% resolution rate with their customer complaints, including only 6 reviews but 11 (now 12) complaints, I would recommend never purchasing from them as well. This companies customer service is abhorrent.
