I placed an order and paid for it by mpesa on 11th December 2017 and have not received it to date (9th January 2018).
Order K2458LSPK was confirmed paid pn 11th December, 2017. I sent an email enquiry on 14th December 2017 to find out the status of the order but got no response. I enquired again on 26th December, 2017 no response.
I want a refund of my money as they seem unable to filfill this order and there is no real feedback on either or phone.
So what Happened?!
