LBC Express review: sandals

good afternoon mam/sir complaining about my item..i just went to lbc balagtas bulacan branch to get my items which arrived last january 22, 2020 at lbc balagtas branch..but sad to say they forward my items at the main branch without informing me..they said that the parcel is 10days pending for pick up thats the reason they forwarded to the main branch..so what should i do now for my parcel..thank you..
