LBC Express lbc ayala center cebu employee joseph narcala

Good day,

I am currently here right now in one of your branches in Cebu - Ayala Center LBC. This is in regards with one of your employees who rudely treated me. Joseph Narcala was his name.

There were more than 10 people who witnessed that I approached him politely asking when will be my turn because there was no priority number at this time. I explained to him that if I'm way too far I'll just come back because there's still a result I need to catch before the doctor goes home but he answered me rudely. He even sarcastically told me to wait because I'll be stressed if I won't and I explained him for the second time that I'm not in a hurry I just need to know if I'm next or not because if not then I'll just come back because I really need to catch my doctor. I asked for his name and he just rudely told me that okay maam you'll be the second one to report me so I was shocked and he even smiled after saying that as if his not afraid of anything.

Action needs to be taken, I spoke to the manager and she told me to suit a formal written complaint which I will really do. Please let them check the CCTV footage because apart from me there's another customer who was rudely treated.

I am pregnant and I have an appointment with my doctor because I'm very unwell right now and this mess is making me feel worse. If ever by chance that my situation becomes worst because of what happen I swear the employee will be held liable.

LBC Express lbc

I was notified on May 8, Wednesday that the parcel will be delivered within the day. I waited until 9 in the evening hoping it was just a late shipment but nothing arrived. A few minutes after 9pm, the tracking was updated showing there was a payment issue during the delivery. How come there was an issue if they never delivered the package on that day? They didn't even try to reach me. 😏

DHL saudi arabia delivered it May 3, 2019 on LBC General aviation center in pasay city someone named Ronald Juanico received my documents .I need my documents badly . I send email a lot and they will just reply

I need an action and real answer to my request . I need my documents . If i need to pay the shipping fee again, i will pay again, just send my documents at my home address . Please consider my request, my travelling plan is too delayed because of this document problem . Yesterday i went to their LBC General Aviation Center, Domestic Airport Compound in Pasay city, to pick up my documents, but they can't help me to find it cause i don't have a tracking number . After that I went to dhl near in NAIA terminal 3, and hoping that i will find it in dhl, cause lbc doesn't know where it is . Staff of dhl told to call on their hotline and make complaint about my missing documents and who is ronald juanico, thankfully they immediately called and asked lbc about it . And lbc staff called and told me that its in their warehouse and they couldn't give my documents cause the address of it is their warehouse (general aviation center domestic airport compound pasay city) I'm so disappointed . I can't get MY DOCUMENTS just because the address is their warehouse . Please, help me to arrange the address and deliver it here in my home address (CARDONA RIZAL), if i need to pay the shipping fee again, i will pay . Just send it here . I'm hoping to get my documents soon . Thank you .

LBC Express delivery packages

I sent the packages on 12 of March and arrived in lucena city 30 of April.. I know that usually delivery is on Sunday. I ask my the recipient not to go anywhere as I'm tracking online it's says the delivery is coming. shes stayed whole day in her house then I'm very surprised when I looked online expecting deliver report 6:01 on on May 5. then after to 6:03 they put the report online"the recipient is not home"? wow why they need to make a lie about the delivery I'm really piss off as that box they needed. I always sending the packages a lot and this the only problem I got. my niece told when they picked up from lucena city warehouse. it's a different delivery team who always deliver in my area in San Andrés candelaria quezon. and also report it's says next day is delivery then after it says "out of the area need to contact the customer channel". how will we know? they don't even provide the contact number from the report of tracking number online. please fix this as I'm the one who's really good customer service that I used a lot LBC so rang customer service Australia if they can pick up from lucena city as I dnt know when they can deliver again. I will provide tacking number so u can check #[protected]

Send the documents last April 15 going to the office of the ombudsman and paid for prepaid to send it back to our office.Received a text message from LBC TRINOMA- saying that the docs is for pick up and will add additional charge? Ive talked to the staff of both LBC BRANCH and no clear answer for this.Up to now no updates!

Sent document thru LBC UI Branch Iloilo City last june 15, 2020 addressed to Quezon City. Todate it remains undelivered. despite several attempts to track said document. It only shows that it was received in the UI branch. No other detail appears. attempts at contacting the landlines provided remain futile. the document sent contains the answers to my final exams. Can I get help, someone?

LBC Express lbc employees in cityland condominium along hv dela costa street ayala, makati

I am ELC, a surgeon based in Makati. I travelled all the way from Makati Med to the LBC branch in Cityland Condominium along HV Dela Costa Street Ayala, Makati at 130pm today.
I wanted to deliver 2 transparent plastics with scented seeds. The male on duty initially said that they cannot deliver it without a type written label. I asked to verify if it can be hand written. They called a supervisor and said it can be handwritten, but it has to be hand written on a sticker. So I asked for one of the LBC stickers to write on it and the chubby lady duty said that it has to be a sticker not from LBC.
Your employees are confused about your policy. Can you please provide proper training for them so they do not waste our time?

LBC Express Baguhin nyo sistema nyooo

Nakakainis na.. This is my third time to order in the same seller. Know why? Kase kayong lbc kayo. Aarte nyo. Out of delivery zone mukha nyooo. That was the second. I called them asking why my package was not delivered. Pero sabi nila "out of delivery zone" nga daw. Tapos nung tinanong ko kung bakit kase ayaw nyo muna tawagan ang receiver before nyo ibalik sa sender. Sabi hindi daw talaga sila natawag lalo at cod. Ehh lechee magbabayad naman ako ehhh. The third time, pinagbigyan ko ang lbc na ysn. I changed my delivery address dun sa malapit sa kanila. I waited pero pagtingin ko nanaman sa shipment status. B*t return in transit? Ano yun ha. Im so pissed off right now. Kung may iba lang courier yung si seller na yun. Hinding hindi ko pipiliin ysng xport integrated na lechee na yaaaaan. Kakagigil na ehhh 🤬😤

LBC Express delivery delays

Please check the attched screenshot, I have no idea how are they able to pull off a 1 minute delivery.. And I am wide awake during those hrs.. Waiting outside.. Unless your delivery guy is flash or quicksilver, there is no way somebody actually came.. Is this how [censored]ed up your delivery is? Kahit bata d pwde maniwla jan eh.. You guys are the most pathetic delivery company I have ever dealt with

May 3, 2019 I sent package to lbc waltermart for my online selling business.. And ms./mrs. Jun joyel montante is the one who processed my transaction.. Sobrang bagal ng service.. Tas yung mga branch collect ko na mga previous pinadala ko kung hindi ko pa kinomputekulang ng 300 pesos.. Ito namang next na pinadala ko sa batangas 270 *2 + shipping fee na 165 abay 665 pesos lang ang diniclare sa collection.. Sa bahay ko na napansin dahil sa pagod.. Ngayon sabi ko kalinaw linaw na santo tomas batangas branch sa llanas for pick up.. Aba diniliver sa bahay ng client ko.. Pick up kuya! Anong nangyari? Santo tomas naging tnn01 ang nilagay mo... Bat po kayo naglalagay ng ganyan sa lbc.. Simpleng math.. Simpleng pick up diniliver.. Kalinaw na santo tomas naging tanauan? Sobrang damage naman ginagwa mo kuya..3 times nagbalik balik client ko.. Gastos.. Magresign ka nalang perwisyo ka

LBC Express unethical behaviour

May 5, 2019 around 5 pm I have a transaction at lbc robinsons north abucay, actually it was not the first incident I encountered to that branch, everytime I go there, the front liners are frowning and not approachable, they have a poor customer service, they must trait their customers well,.
That time I was going to claim "pera padala" through palawan and the frontliner named: michelle palacio was the one I asked for inquiries, then she answered me and act unprofessionally that can offend a customer. All the employees there are not approachable, like what i've said it was not the first time I visit to that branch.

By the way, my friends also has the same experience, some of the front liners of lbc branches here in tacloban city, are not approachable.. Please show respect to your customer not arrogance.

LBC Express poor customer service

Almost a week now from the package I sent still didn't received by my recipient. Just from Nueva Ecija to Cavite it took a week to be reach it'a destination? What kind of service do you have guys?.We send through you to be fast. Not to take so much time. It's an urgent matter that why we are sending it. But why like this? Yet no even calls or follow up to the recipient where the hell is the package. I'm really disappointed. From
Apr 30 - May 6 until now its not yet delivered.!

Hi. I just want to share what I did with my experience from LBC Delivery Team from other region. After several failure attempts to get a response from the customer service and their hub, due to non-delivery, I immediately called up to DTI. And so, the LBC manager and the Custodian's attention in that certain hub were being called. On the following day, they have delivered the parcel to my recipient.

Branch (lucky china town in binondo 2nd floor), ang pangit ng ugali ng sales associate nila na girl, nagclaim ako ng money galing LBC at palawan, ang pagpasign sakin padabog hinampas sa lamesa, ang pagbigay ng pera sakin padabog din di ko alam kung ano problema niya kung tinatamad na ba sya or what?. Ang pangit pa ng pananalita nia dahil sa pagkasabi niya ng "oh! Kung may mga senior, buntis jan lumapit na kayo dito! Kayo priority. Wala ba?" Bakit wala yung pag galang niya. Kala mo ang mga kausap tropa nia. Meron syang ksma hindi naka uniform ang ganda ng upo sa may patungan ng mga package which is ung entrance nila dun. Daldalan lang sila doon. Napaka walang modo nagwork ako as customer service representative pero hindi ganyan ang pagtrato. Dapat itrain sya ulit. Hindi sya pwde sa branch. Dahil sa ganung pag asta nia. I hope magawan ng action to. Her name is CAMILLE JOY MENDIOLA.

LBC Express door to door service

I ordered a product from Taytay, Manila for a rush shipping and they delivered the item on May 3, 2019. I tracked the package in the LBC website and found out that the package already arrived here in Davao at 4:33 AM on May 4, 2019. I expected that the package will be delivered in my house on the same day since LBC doesn't deliver on Sundays and I need the package on Monday, May 6, 2019. I hope LBC will address my complaints.

LBC Express unclaimed package

I would like to report an incident in which particular areas will be elaborated below:

• My friend sent me a package containing an extension wire and a sandals last April 15, 2019

• The package is expectedly be delivered on the day after it was sent, April 16, 2019

• I was told that LBC will be sending me a text confirmation if the package is all good for pick up

• April 16, 2019 - There was no message nor any confirmation if the package has arrived their premise already

• April 17, 2019 - No message at all. Thinking that maybe it is because of the Holidays, I waited till next week.

• April 22 - May 3 - I waited for their confirmation but there ain't any.

• Today, May 4, 2019 - I went to LBC Express SM Valenzuela Branch to check if the package is already there but to my disappointment, I was told that it was returned to the sender without me knowing at all.

• I was advised that I need to pay another shipping fee for it to be processed again

Points for discussion:

- I did not intend to go to the LBC Branch from April 16 onwards because:

1. I did not receive any text
2. I got a busy schedule so I don't want to go there without anything to confirm with
3. I have work to attend to (Working from 10AM-7PM) Valenzuela to Mandaluyong

This is my first time experienced this problem. I am really hoping that you can waive the amount for shipping again.

I don't wanna cause any harm but I strongly believe that this isn't beyond my fault.

I am hoping that you could look into my situation and consider further cause.

My supplier did not inform me that i havea parcel and she has a hnadler her in the philiplines. Lbc informed me that i have a parxel coming from a person that i havent transacted, so i refuse to get the parcel. ( door to door) rhen i informed my supplier if she already shipped out my item from thailand that was nov pa and its already march. Then i found out that she already shipped my item coz i called the sender/ handler. Now, i xould not reaxh out the lbc rider . The phine is always busy and i want to re deliver the item. It was supposedly delu ered last monday but i refused beavause i dont know who is the sender

LBC Express souvebir

I sent 1 small pouch of souvenirs for a big event in cebu. That was may 1! Its already May 4, the even has already ended yesterday May 3, the items were not delivered. They check out already, cut off 12noon today. Still no items delivered at this hour. Im so upset! Its already 4 days! Nasayang lahat! Nalugi na ako di nagamit ang souvenirs! Nakakagigil! Sikat na sikat na hotel. In cebu hindi nadeliver in 1-2days gaya ng sabi sa akin sa pinadalhan ko! So pano ngayon? Wala na yun taong mag rereceive dun! Pano yun damage? Kagigil talaga ah!

I think you should have raised your concern or complaint to DTI. Just like what happened to my parcel, the LBC Delivery team in Bataan were not able to deliver it to my recipient for almost 5 days and they were posting false report on there Track and Trace padala. After several failure attempts to get a response from the customer service and the LBC Hub, on the 4th day, I called to DTI Bataan to raised my complaint against the LBC service. On the 5th day the LBC Delivery team have delivered the parcel to my recipient just before the latter would give up on waiting for them to arrive.

Grabe yung service nyo! puro expect delivery within the day! hindi naman nadating. Napupuyat girlfriend ko kakaintay ng delivery nyo! may pasok pa sya tapos dahil jan sa poor service nyo konti nalang tinutulog kakaintay. Sana di nyo nalang sinabi at di kayo nagtext ng expect delivery. Ilang araw na! napaka bagal ng service nyo. Nag sara nalang sana kayo kung ganyan rin lang!

LBC Express parcel containing important documents

Ang parcel contains documents for enrolment and it was not delivered on time for sched date of enrolment thus the slot was not taken. When i try to track location of the parcel the note was wrong address. How come na wrong address e isa lng nman ang Batangas State University sa Lipa City at hindi ito ang first time na ngpadala sa address n ito. I try to contact customer service last april 30 para ipickup na lng sana pero hindi rin ako natulungan at kung ano lng din ang nabasa ko sa site nyo ang sinabi sa akin at wala daw ako magagawa kundi maghintay until 7 pm
I try to go to LBC SM city Lipa to ask for help para mkuha ang parcel ko binigyan lng ako ng contact number ng supervisor daw ng delivery and I try to contact the given mobile number but then no one accept may calll. Then may 2 somebody texted me to get the parcel to brgy. Dagatan, Lipa City dahil hindi daw malocate ang school. SCHOOL po ang address hindi po house paano hindi makikita. Ang location po ay hindi liblib. Tabi lng sya ng SM at City Hall. Hindi ko n pinickup ang padala dahil hindi n sya magagamit. The damage has been done. Ang then may 3 somebody deliver the parcel to the school. Para saan pa and then sasabihin pasensya na hindi daw kasi sua sanay sa Lipa. Bkit po ganon pwede po ba yon reason as delivery nyo. Ok lng mkadamage kayo dakil walang alam sya sa area considering binayadan ang service nyo hoping na mabilis at maganda ang service nyo. Damage has been done. Paano maibabalik yung slot.then yun pa ang magiging reason nyo?
Hope i hear some action with this matter.

LBC Express incomplete delivered items

Destination: iligan

Last april 29, 2019, I delivered a box with 3 items bound for iligan city. But when received by the customer (mr. Dorotayo) 1 item was missing, a motorcycle carburetor. Signs of tampering were noticed by the lbc staff in iligan.
The lbc tape was cut, the box was cut and covered by a new layer of tape. Please see attached photos. Please investigate asap. Hoping for your immediate response

LBC Express failed to deliver my package/missing package

Good day!

Complain ko lang sana yung Employee nyo sa LBC Parang Marikina Branch na may adress na 106 Gen. B. G. Molina St., Marikina, 1809, Metro Manila. Ang pangalan ng employee ay sina Janine Salanggo at EJ Santos. Nag padala po ako ng documents noong March 30, 2019 pero hanggang ngayon May 03, 2019 hindi parin nakakarating sa office namin kung saan ko inaddress ang delivery. Ang Tracking No. Ng pinadala ko ay [protected]. Hindi rin daw nila matrace sa website ang tracking no. Sobrang mahalaga po kasi sakin ang laman ng package ko, ang laman po kasi nun ay puro resibo na dapat ay irereimburse ko sa office namin para maibalik yung nagastos ko kaso dahil wala nga po yung mga original na resibo ay ayaw nila akong bayaran sa nagastos ko. Sana po ay matulungan nyo po ako dito sa proboema kong ito. Maraming salamat po

LBC Express delivery of pre-paid envelope

Based from the tracking number, my package is at Olongapo since May 1, 2019, which says there that it will be delivered within the day. However, as I write this complaint (May 3, 2019, 6:11 PM), I haven't received any package. I have called the Customer Service hotline 3 times already and their answer is always the same: Shipment issue is due to lack of manpower. I can't even pick it up from a branch because the package is at certain warehouse and there is no phone number at such warehouse. The first time I called, the CSR said they will make a report to expedite its delivery. 2 days after, nothing. Is it the customer's problem that there is lack of manpower?
