This site has great age defying makeup. The colors are very flattering. The makeup is easy to apply and lasts throughout the day.

It has a good assortment with quality above average. Nevertheless, the price is too high IMO and there are other options available for the smaller fee.

Horrible customer service!
I have been using her products for awhile and have liked them. As of today I will not use them. I received an email with the price of an eye pallet. Price was on this email, picture attached, was $16. When I went to checkout, it was $32. Contacted customer service, sent them pics of the email which showed the price. They offered me 30% off. When I refused that, they said to pay the full price and they'd send me a refund of the difference. When I asked why I can't just order it now for the $16 rather than go thru the hassle of a refund, they never responded to that. Needless to say, they obviously don't honor the price, mistakenly or not, which as far as I'm concerned, is unethical and shows the lack of customer service or integrity of the company.
Compact case hinges break after a year
I have used LG baked foundation and blushes for a few years. One compact can easily last 2 years and beyond with daily use. The issue is that the compact always breaks at the hinge after about a year. Break out the duct tape, etc. At the moment I have 2 broken cases and I had one last year. The problem is that they won't acknowledge any responsibiltiy after 30 days from purchase. Who would expect to have an issue that soon. My makeup stays in my makeup drawer so no rough use. The last 3 products all broke one day when opening at about a year old and with over 1/2 the product left. LG needs to realize that if they want to be thought of as a quality company with quality product, the case needs to stay together. It's all about quality of service these days and the hard "sorry we can't do anything" is poor service at best.
Several missing and color match
I have three orders from Laura Geller. The shade light is not right for me because it has yellow hues.
I bought the medium and it’s a little too dark but now I have found if I mix the medium with the fair it works well.
However, I have an order where several primers did not arrive. I want to exchange 2 lights for a medium and a fair
There is no phone number to call the phone number that they give which is 800-625-3814 is totally out of service. I need to talk to someone.

missing some primers I did not get the hydrating primer or spackle, I did get the light, B&BI would like to exchange it for a “fair“ also want to exchange, my other light to a “medium“

I ordered Baked & Balanced in the 3rd week of November and paid for 3-5 business day shipping. 3 weeks later it’s been sitting in York, Pennsylvania since last week!
I’ve filled out the customer support form and tried multiple phone numbers (they’re either out of service or mailbox is full), with zero results. I understand the holidays are busy, but come on. 3 weeks & it’s still in Pennsylvania?
Also, why are they hiding from customers? That alone causes a massive amount of mistrust in the public.

Laura Geller color correcting foundation
I ordered the wrong color and cannot get anyone from customer service on line or on the phone. When I finally got through to a website it said that all were sold out. I have never had this much trouble getting a company to fix a problem. What’s the deal with this company? I didn’t see the bad reviews until I had trouble reaching customer service!

The Brush Set
I ordered the Brush Set along with the Medium Baked make up.
I love the make up, but the brushes are total garbage!
Each time I use either one of them, I am picking hairs from the brushes off my face after each use. I am gentle with them and they are new, but how do I use the make up without the brushes.
If I have to go out & buy my own brushes, then I should get either a full refund on them or a fresh set of them ASAP!
This is extremely disappointing because the make up product is very good and I love the coverage that it gives me as a mature woman.
Please make this better

Terrible customer service at Laura Geller - zero response and lost refund
Laura Geller's customer service is just awful, man. They say you gotta hit them up before you send anything back, but they never hit you back. I even tried calling, but I was on hold for what felt like an eternity. I eventually just sent the stuff back anyways, but I'm still waiting to see if I'll ever get my money back. Ain't nobody got time for this.

So, I ordered the primer off of LauraGeller.com and I gotta say I was pretty hyped for it. But honestly, it didn't work out as expected for me. I gotta say, Laura Geller makeup is top notch. I get most of my stuff from QVC, but I tried ordering straight from the website and let me tell you, it's been a real headache. I put in two orders almost a month ago and both of them are still in limbo. It's so frustrating, I might have to take it up with my bank and file a dispute.
