I went to Kitchener bad boys 2 time within 3 months period to upgrade my appliances from our builder. The first time when we finalized our bill the total was about $2500 to be paid to them. We decided to wait a little as our closing was delayed by our builder.
when we went there again last week, we picked same appliances , the price was almost the same as before. When she made the bill it was almost $3500.
I asked them to explain how its $1000 dollars extra from the last time.
The customer services lady was so unprofessional and rude while making our bill for the upgrades. When we asked questions about the adjustment she didn't satisfy us by her answers. She called Raj from London location for some assistance , he just agreed with her but did not provide any proper explanation about the total pricing.
we decided to walk away as we felt trapped by their agressive business tactics.
Raj tried to call me couple of time in a week but I never picked up as I never wanted to deal with hi.
We went to Brampton bad boy location and had a good deal. We paid them and received a invoice.
Next day I received I call from Brampton location asking if we signed any bill with Kitchener or London location. They also mention that they asked bramoton store to not give us any discount and charge them same price as they did.
It is the worst experience and I want written appology from both kitchen customer service lady and Raj from London before I go further to pursue it in court for the mental harassment and poor customer standard by the BBB.
Desired outcome: I want written applolgoy from Raj London and Kithcner location.
