I have sent several request for a refund of a defective TV you sold me. You also insisted that I purchase your Solid Gold Warranty and I will not have anything to worry about. The TV is still under manufacturer's warranty since I bought it. I am now requesting that you refund the money I paid you for the Solid Gold Warranty - $208.88.
You have responded to me several times indicating that you have a high standard, but nothing seems to indicate this is the case. You are very poor in communication and customer service. You hire the worst employees and sell the worse product. This is why you can offer discounts, because of the poor quality of products and poor service. I have attached my invoice with all information to send my refund.
It is just $208.88. You MUST be a company that enjoy ripping off customers to hold on to this refund.
