I purchased this sofa on Mar 29, 2023.Delivery was on Apr 4th, 2023.This sofa had a manufacturers defect on the loveseat. They left the 3 pieces they put together and took the loveseat back. On Apr 4th I contacted the store and spoke with Herbert. I text him a photo so that he could see what piece was missing. He acknowledged receipt of the picture. I heard no more so I phoned the store on Apt 11th and the person didn't know what I was talking about so I went to the store. I saw Christy the general manager and he was having trouble understanding what I said was wrong with the sofa so I took him and showed him what was wrong with the sofa on the floor model. Yes he said, I can get that out yo you but we don't have a driver. He took my number and said he would call me later. I was at the store 9:30 AM and got a call From Husna the sales lady at 2:30 pm. Here I was expecting a delivery date instead she told me she was waiting for a call from someone and would call me back when she heard from them. No call so in Apr 13th I called again. No Christy or Husna not working today so I asked who I was speaking with and it turns out to be Herbert. He was very busy handling issues for someone else and he would call me later. All day I waited so I text him you surely must have an answer by now. I got a call 10 minutes later rom a lady saying she was calling on Herberts behalf. My sofa is out of stock. I was lied to repeatedly. She could not tell me when I would get the piece and feel free to contact head office and the BBB. Very rude person.
Desired outcome: I want a delivery date or my money back. They can come and take this back. I will go somewhere else where I will be respected and not given the runaround.
