I purchased the ACUITY Plan in 2005. The plan was a lifetime plan. Now they are saying it was a 1-year plan. They did not have 1 year plan in 2005. They purged all files after 10 year and because their system has a "1 year" next to ACUITY on a system generated summary of my services, again the system generated a summary receipt because they purged their files. LasikPlus is now rejecting my claim saying I only had a 1-year plan in 2005, but they cannot produce the detail receipt or proof they had a 1-year plan in 2005. I gave them proof from their website in 2005 (waybackmachine.com), that LasikPlus ACUITY Plan was the only plan they offered, and it was a lifetime plan.

Desired outcome: Honor their lifetime plan. If you are going to offer lifetime plans, you should keep all records for 50+ years and not 10 years.
