So, I got a call from LashGod on Wednesday, January 12 about their Masterclass thing and I was kinda interested. This guy named Denis was on the phone and he was really pushy about me signing up and giving them $565 by e-transfer. I told him I might not be able to afford it and asked for some time to think about it, but he said there were other people waiting and I'd lose my spot if I didn't pay right away. So, I transferred the money even though I didn't sign any contract or anything. I tried to borrow money from my family but couldn't, so I had to cancel. I tried to get my deposit back but Denis didn't respond, so I contacted the woman running the course the next day and she said it wasn't refundable. I've been trying to contact them but they're ignoring me now. Can you help me get my money back? Thanks.

I'm in the same biz and I gotta say, Lashgod is the bomb. The boss lady and her crew are total hustlers and you can tell they mean business. Plus, she's a total sweetheart when you finally meet her. These guys work harder than anyone else out there. The future's looking bright, y'all! ☀️

LashGod Inc is the best place for ladies! The staff is amazing, super friendly, empowering, genuine, lovely, and professional. Every time I go there for service, they treat me like a queen and I come out looking like one too! I won't go anywhere else for my lashes, nails, hair, clothes, or anything else. Everything is perfect!

I ain't happy with how the body contouring course went down and how the machine is working. I saved up my hard-earned cash to do this course, thinking I could start a small biz after.

When I signed up for the course, I was told it was on October 24th. But when I got the confirmation, it said it was on the 25th. I asked about the change, and they said they should have told me it was on the 25th. On October 24th, I got a call at 10:50 am saying the course was happening then and there was a mistake on their end. I had to rush to get ready and showed up over an hour late, making my classmates wait. They didn't tell my classmates it was their mistake, making it seem like I was just late.

During the course, it was tough to discuss the book work as there was a lash course happening less than 10 feet away. The educator read 2-3 pages word for word, then said it was too loud as others were talking and told us to read it ourselves.

Our models were barely wearing any clothes, and men were walking in and out of the class. I get it, you guys were setting up a new location, but you should have scheduled it when females weren't half undressed. Our models felt uncomfortable, and it wasn't professional. We were told the guys were used to seeing that, but our models were top priority.

We only covered the lymphatic drainage in the tummy, the anti-cellulite on the bum, and the butt lift. We rushed through a little bit of the jaw the last 5 minutes of class. We didn't go over how to do the arm, breast lift, and full facial. We were promised that this would all be covered, but we weren't taught it, leaving us uncertain about how to do much from this course.

We were promised the consent form would be sent out before we left the course, but it took a week of asking every day to get it. We were also told we'd have free access to the online course, but I had to pay another $15 as a registration fee. Another promise broken.

I'm not happy using this machine on clients as it's hurting them and leaving them bruised for nearly 2 weeks. This is supposed to be a treatment our clients will like, but instead, it's causing them to want nothing to do with it as it's leaving major bruising with no results to show for.

The other ladies and I asked for the information on this machine, but we can't even get the name of it. I'm waiting for a manual to come in the mail that should have been included in our package the day of the course. Still, after a month of back and forth, they haven't provided a manual or the machine's information. Lash God says we can't return the machine due to sanitary reasons, but when we got it, it wasn't in its original box and could have easily been used before giving it to us. We asked for the name and serial number of this machine, but they haven't given us that information yet.

Yesterday, I asked to see the invoice for this machine, stating that it's worth "1900" as promised, and to see if it was a medical-grade machine, but they made an invoice for the course. The invoice didn't have an invoice number, date of purchase, and wasn't even the exact amount I paid.

I feel like LashGod is taking advantage of people who trust them to provide proper education to start a business and satisfy customers. None of that happened during the course, and I want to return my machine and get a refund.
