March 26 2025 I saw your delivery driver throw literally THROW my package ay my front door, when I realized what what he had done I would not been able to reach him as I am in the lowest part of the front of the house, this is nit how you handle fragile packages, I had soap in the delivery 6 bars ALL BROKEN. I will make sure to not have any deliveries sent by you again.

Got a delivery from Dr Squatch and the [censored] THREW THE PACKAGE AT THE FRONT DOOR. BROKE ALL 6 BARS, I couldn't even get to him in time he was already in his car. Had my landlord been home he would've thrown a fit. If you order anything and they ship cancel it ASAP.
