I am experiencing the exact thing as Peggy from Brecksville, Ohio whose report I read on your website. I am wondering whether we can start some kind of class action suit because I'm sure if you investigate this matter you will find that there are a lot of other people with the same problem. These storm doors deteriorate because of moisture being held in the bottom of the doors because of the bottom metal piece that acts as a gutter to trap moisture and the company doesn't care or want to do anything about the problem.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I have a full view Larson storm door that now has a rotting bottom panel. It’s over 10 yrs old, maybe a lot older. I see this is a common problem. Has anyone successfully found a way to conceal this damage which now shows on the outside & inside bottom. The door otherwise is acceptable, but this issue is turning into an eyesore and needs a solution or is going to force a replacement.
I wish I'd read these before I purchased storm doors in March. I had a contractor I've known for years who had been the installer at Home Depot do the installation so he's not the problem. Everything seemed fine for the past six months except for the slamming. But a couple of days ago I went out my back door as usual and couldn't get back in. The door seems to be locked up at the bottom. I called the company thinking it's under warranty, right? They emailed me some instructions 😒. I've bought so many Pella products and never had a problem. I can absolutely say I would not recommend Larson products and will not buy them again.
