Larry and Sons Sewers is an amazing company. I've been having a lot of sewer issues and got the run around from a different company. Larry came and showed me the exact problem and gave me a solution. Absolutely amazing! My basement flooded every time it rained, which ruined a lot of personal belongings over time. I reached out and Larry and Sons Sewers came out and camered my sewer line and realized where my issues started. They worked out an extremely reasonable price and had workers there the following day and fixed the issue right away. They were professional, and answered all my questions I was confused about. It is definitely true what their slogan says, "If your water isn't flowing, Larry and Sons Sewers will get you going". Thanks again! #HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Larry and Sons Sewers are terrific! Larry and his assistant showed up 30 minutes after I called to have them clear a clogged kitchen sink. (At least that's what we thought was the problem). He tried rodding from under the kitchen sink several times, but the clog was somewhere else in the line. The sink is on the second floor of a two-flat but the clog was not. It was somewhere else in the building and Larry and his helper tried rodding from the vent on the roof and finally had a messy success rodding from the basement after removing a section of pipes. They spent over 2 hours working on the problem and didn't give up! I respect all the effort until the mysterious problem was solved. I highly recommend Larry and Sons Sewers for any plumbing problems!

I hired Larry and Sons Sewers to install some bath fixtures about a month ago. I didn't have the right tub spout for my tub. We agreed that when I get the right tub spout for my tub, Larry would come back to install it. I texted Larry to ask when he would be available to come and install the tub spout. The first response I got was, "Who is this?" I explained who I was and why I was texting, but it took him two days to respond. At that time, he agreed to come by on a Wednesday morning between 8-9am. However, he didn't show up or call to explain what happened. I believe this is a clear example of poor consumer services.

On 6.14.22 I contracted Larry and Sons Sewers and Drainage to replace the inner components of the flood control system in the front yard which included a new Backwater gate, a Tee, and a new PVC pipe for the ejector. Additionally, they installed a new sump pump. The total cost of the service was $2,000. Unfortunately, the sump pump broke shortly after installation. I have reached out to Larry and Sons Sewers to request a repair, but they have not responded or taken any action to resolve the issue.

The main job was complete, but I truly do not appreciate the dishonesty of not finishing the job as promised. We paid Larry $5K in January to replace a 6ft pipe, and he stated he would come back to put the cap on the drain. After several unanswered calls, he did not keep his word. It's been over a year, and he completely ignores the calls.

We signed a contract agreement on 8/3/22 with your employee, John Smith, regarding the replacement of the outside sewer pipe at my property. However, until today, August 31, 2022, we have been unable to reach you. We have left several phone messages and notes on your booking order internet side, but have received no response. Additionally, your agreement forms display a fake, non-existent company address at 123 Main Street. This address is actually a residential condominium, and nobody there has heard of Larry and Sons Sewers.

Due to these manipulative tactics and your refusal to cooperate with the job, I have informed John Smith that I have decided to cancel our plumbing work agreement. As it has been over two weeks without any cooperation from your end, I demand that you refund the full deposit amount of $2000. You can send a bank check or money order for $2000 to the job address, or you can call me to arrange for a personal pick-up of the funds.

Furthermore, in conjunction with the local plumbing inspector, we have determined that there is no damage to the outside sewer pipe affecting water flow. This is another reason why I have decided to cancel the job, as it was impossible to contact the contractor for clarification.
