Fontana Showers

I got a Fontana Showers system installed in my bathroom about a year ago. It was all good and dandy until the ceramic on off cartridge went bad. I tried to find the parts to fix it, but it seems like they're nowhere to be found. I went to several parts houses, but they all told me the same thing - no cartridges available. It's a bummer, really. I was hoping to get it fixed and enjoy my shower again, but it looks like I'll have to find another solution. Overall, I'm not too happy with the situation, but I guess that's just how it goes sometimes.

It was supposed to arrive within 5 days, but it's now June 5th, 2020 and I still haven't received my order. I've tried calling their customer service line about 20 times at all hours of the day, but no one ever picks up. It's frustrating that I haven't received any apologies from Fontana for the delay or the lack of customer service. I would not recommend purchasing any products from this company.
