We needed a hot water heater and were recommended by our heating and air company, Grand Air, to call Bullsye.

We needed to hire our own electrician since they cannot run any lines to the unit. In trying to find an electrician, which was not easy, we located a company that does both plumbing and electric. We called bullseye with 24 hours and told them the news and please refund our deposit. They do not know how to do this and are having trouble to give us our money back. This is ridiculous! If they cannot get the office work done, who knows what they will do in your home. Stay away from this company and Grand Air heating and air-conditioning.

We used Grand air in the past but since they are merging we are not going to use them either. Why are there so many companies in Floridia with such bad reputations. Something more serious needs to be done to penalize these companies. To the employees that work there...I would find another job while you have a choice.

I own a property in *** and asked my rep to find 2 companies for sewer line backup fix estimates. BullsEye's tech came on Jan 12, 2022 for backup fix service instead of an estimate. I called the tech to stop the service, but BullsEye sent me an invoice the same day for the wrong service. We had 13 emails from Jan 12 to 24 disputing the issue. The key issue is that I requested an estimate, but the rep ignored it and sent the tech over. I never said I wouldn't pay, but I wanted proof that I didn't request the service. BullsEye provided an incomplete recording, and when I asked for the complete one, they threatened to send my account to collections. I'm filing a complaint because 1) 12 days is too soon to send to collections, 2) BullsEye tampered with evidence, and 3) they hurt my credit score of 762.

the plumber that came out was super smart and took the time to explain everything to us. his work was awesome. this is a company that you can trust.

I been usin' BullsEye Plumbing Heating & Air fer years now and they always give me good service. They know what they're doin', they come quick, and they do the job right. Brad did my HVAC checkup on [protected] and he was great. I'd tell anyone to use BullsEye and ask fer Brad.

Bullseye Plumbing guy came on time and had all the stuff to fix the problem right away. We needed fast and good service, and we got it. *** did a really good job replacing our water heater fast.

So I had a plumber come out and tell me I owed them 270 bucks and they didn't even do anything yet. Can you believe that? And get this, they wanted to charge me 135 bucks just for driving over here! That's some serious price gouging for a measly 15 minute drive. I mean, come on, that's double the average for a service call. My experience with BullsEye Plumbing Heating & Air was just plain awful. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

BullsEye done a bunch of fixin' and keepin' up for us. They always come on time and actin' all professional. Last time they came, they swapped out all the faucets, shower head, handle, and tub spout in the guest bathroom. They got it done, workin' and cleaned up quicker than we thought. I was wonderin' about the name and found out it's the name of the owner's dog!

I had a big problem with my sewer at 11pm, so I messaged BullsEye Plumbing for help on their website. Kathy called me back at almost 8am and said someone would come over later that morning. Greg from BullsEye showed up around 10 and fixed the clog super fast. I was so happy they came so quickly. Their customer service is awesome, so we always call BullsEye when we need help!

We had our furnace for 22 years and it stopped working. The heat exchanger was cracked. I called Bullseye and they sent a technician out the next day. Bullseye replaced our outdoor packaged furnace & ac unit. The installation went pretty smooth. I wanna thank Ryan, Pete, and Jackson for their hard work and professionalism. I also wanna thank all the ladies in the office for their friendly attitudes and helpfulness thru the process. There's no doubt that I would use them again and I totally recommend this company.

I called BullsEye Plumbing coz my AC and furnace weren't coming on. Serviceman Richard came to our crib. He was super pro and chill. He found out that the issue was a blown in line fuse that was hella hard to locate. He put in a new fuse, cycled both the furnace and AC and checked that both are working good. This is the third time we've called BullsEye, all for diff issues and have been super happy all three times. Everyone we've met or talked to have been dope. Thanks BullsEye.

I talked to Stacy at Bullseye Plumbing Heating and Air and she was super helpful and nice. Gary came to my place and checked out the new ACs I wanted to buy. He told me what would work and what wouldn't, and he knew a lot about old ACs. He replaced my 50+ year old ACs in no time! They also have a place in Denver. Great experience!

dont use this company for plumbing. we had them do a job in october and they were lazy and unprofessional. we did a remodel and hired them for a simple rough in plumbing job. we went with pex pipe but there were leaks from fittings that werent crimped right. they apologized and said it only happens 1 in 1 million but now 9 months later we found another leak and have to take down the drywall because of mold. very bad workmanship.

Bullseye Plumbing, Heating and Air been our plumbers since January when we got an old house with old plumbing. We had them come out and clean out our system and scoped it so we could see what was going on. Last week they came out to do what we thought would be routine maintenance and they found serious breaks and off-sets in the old clay pipes that had finally given out. They gave us a quote that was very reasonable and they were able to come out this past Monday and replace 70' of old, broken clay pipe. Their work was quick, efficient and they left the area of excavation as clean and neat as they could. I recommend Bullseye Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

I had some water problems for about 7 weeks, with no sewer use for a while. Bullseye Plumbing, Heating, and Air made it worse. They didn't communicate well, which caused delays. They changed the start date twice. It took them almost 2 months to fix the line. I missed work because I had to be there when they came, but they didn't show up. They didn't seem organized with permits and inspections. They didn't keep good records. The original estimate was $14,962.82, but the final cost was $19,500 and they didn't even replace the line from the curb to the main like they said they would.

This is my review for this cool company. I used them twice in 2020, and they saved me thousands of dollars: 9/8*** I called BullsEye Plumbing on Labor Day, 9/7. I thought my air conditioner wasn't working, and they said the soonest I could get an appointment was on Thursday, 9/10. On Tuesday, 9/8, I realized it wasn't my air conditioner, but was actually the blower motor in my furnace. Cold air, and more importantly, HOT AIR, wasn't blowing through my vents. I called the company, and spoke with Ms. Stacey. I asked if someone could look at my heater that day, since temperatures were supposed to be in the low 20's that night. She was able to fit me in, and Dave confirmed that my blower motor needed to be replaced. The total cost to install a blower motor was less than $300. I was so relieved that I didn't have to spend several thousands of dollars on an air conditioner or furnace! BullsEye is amazing, professional and kind! 2/21*** I had great service from Scott on 2/21! Home Depot was supposed to install a dishwasher for me on the previous Saturday, 2/15. They refused to install it, and said that I needed a certified plumber to install a shut-off valve. When Scott came to my house, he informed me that valve wasn't necessary. I requested that he install it anyway, due to Home Depot's requirement. He installed the valve, but provided me an invoice that specifically said there was no code violations, and there was NO reason that prevented Home Depot from installing my dishwasher on 2/15. I told Home Depot, and they refunded me BullsEye's installation bill! I am referring BullEye to all my friends and family! Thanks to BullsEye Plumbing for going above and beyond!

I had a big shower leak that was running to the downstairs ceiling. I called a few plumbing businesses, including BullsEye. BullsEye came out quickly and gave us a very reasonable quote. Roger was professional, knowledgeable and nice; he fixed the problem quickly and under the quoted price. I am very happy with BullsEye and highly recommend them.
