I would give zero stars if I could. To start, I've been a customer with Sunshine Plumbing Heating Air LLC for a few years. I've used everything from their plumbing service to HVAC (I've had a water heater, toilet installed from them), so this ain't coming from a one time thing. Unfortunately, their quality and services have gone downhill. I can only describe them as making big promises and not delivering. I've been waiting to replace my HVAC since July and it's still not done, even after paying 50% upfront. It's gonna be September soon. First off, they hire another company called Tin man heating LLC to do the installation, and they ain't even ComplaintsBoard.com accredited. After a bunch of reschedules (some of which ain't Sunshine's fault 'cause stuff got stolen from their truck), they told me my HVAC system is more complicated than they thought. But guess what? I had to be the one calling their office over and over again to reschedule when they could finish the job. Oh, and now Sunshine has an answering service, so if you get them, don't expect to hear back for at least a whole day. And to make matters worse, another company called *** did an install on another unit in my condo today. They showed up before 8am and finished around 6pm. Last week, when Tin man came to "install," they showed up at 9am and left around 2-3pm 'cause they couldn't finish. It ain't right how Sunshine treats its customers.

Justin was punctual , the work was completed same day even though it was a back closet with very tight tolerances that needed to be accessed. i have used sunshine plumbing before and have always had excellent results.

Dylan was amazing! He was extremely easy to work with, he was communicative on everything he was doing including next steps, what potential costs could look like depending on findings, and always made sure he had the go ahead from us to proceed with what he was doing. Amazing service!

Justin from Sunshine Plumbing Heating Air was very friendly and professional. In addition to great service, Justin put us at ease with his relaxed demeanor. The repair done was near some sensative electronic equipment so we had to be sure the job was done right - that's why we called Sunshine!

Justin F was great. After chasing an invisible water leak that lost 7,000 gallons of water in a month. Justin found it! We didn't dig deep enough in the crawl space. What really impressed me was they were able to fix it the next day. A three man crew and a backhoe showed up to dig out and replace the supply line. After they left you would never have know they dug a 7 foot deep home at meter oar a three food deep hole at the side of the house. It was all cleaned up!

I requested my Aprilaire Model 800 Humidifier be converted from 120V to 240V. It took their tech 3 visits to accomplish this. He didn't know anything about the appliance and spent much of his paid time on Aprilaire tech support figuring out how to fix it. While he was here, unsupervised, in my basement, a GCFI outlet had the load and line wires reversed cutting power to my security system and other outlets. I was able to identify and fix this myself. Sneaky, wrong, and criminal. I was quoted $300 for a water valve that listed on Amazon for $15.99, and a Model 62 Humidistat was quoted for $400, listed on Amazon for $97. The valve wasn't an issue, it was a clogged line. On a previous repair, the company owner, Will, replaced a relay with one not certified for this appliance, and it left a huge burn mark on a panel, and burned out an electrical connector. I'm lucky my house didn't burn down. They charged me again for this replacement. I was charged 3 hours at $287/hr for less than 2 hours work. $700 in all. I'm not requesting reparations, and prefer to not communicate with these criminals, as nothing will be accomplished by it.

I was very impressed with Justin's work and experience. I had raw sewage flowing into my garage (had stopped using water in the house after initially finding the mess) due to a broken cap. He discovered the problem, replaced the cap, and meticulously cleaned the floor in the garage. In addition, he moved everything back to its original place. There were a few issues that could have used some improvement. When I initially called Sunshine early Saturday morning and told the dispatcher that I had an emergency, I was told that a service technician couldn't come until Monday 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. I was unhappy that I had to wait so long for assistance; this required having to use a neighbor's facilities for toilet/showering for over 48 hours. Because a previous job on Monday took longer than scheduled, Justin was unable to arrive at my house until after 2:00 p.m. I would have appreciated a call from Sunshine with that information instead of my having to call to check. I requested an invoice from Justin, which he sent via an e-mail. I would have appreciated a detailed invoice, describing the cost of the new cap, along with the hourly labor rate and hours charged for the work, instead of just a total. Since I paid Justin at the time, I would have liked to have received an e-mail documenting that the invoice was paid.

July , Sunshine Plumbing Heating Air LLC put in an Air Conditioning unit with a 2 year warranty. But right from the start, the AC didn't cool and the pipes kept freezing. They had to come back 3 times in 2 weeks to try and fix it. Turns out, the AC coil got messed up during installation because of the heat from the torch. This ruined some of the coils, so Sunshine had to replace it. But even after that, the AC still didn't cool enough because of Freon leaks. So, they had to come out again and again to add more Freon, all covered by the warranty. But before the 2 year mark, the suction pipe started freezing again. Sunshine came out for the 7th time and changed the sensor valve and added more Freon. But after the technician left, the cooling got even worse. The suction line froze again and caused some water damage to the ceiling. Sunshine offered to send a technician to fix it and repair the drywall. I said no to the technician because they had already damaged the coil before, which was confirmed by a second opinion. But I still want them to pay for the cost of the coil, which is $367, and fix the ceiling. But I haven't heard anything from Sunshine about the water damage.
